"Celtic blaming everyone else for their European failings achieves as much as Ronny Deila in Europe - nothing."

I think everyone's fucked off hame, adds.
I predict several "hame to yer maw" jokes incoming in 5, 4...

Fantastic measured rant in the press conference from Ronny.
I'd seriously question the validity of using the words "fantastic" and "measured" as to me it was neither.
"Parochial" and "paranoid" would be more appropriate.

As much as I agree that the Tax Credit cuts are abhorrent, the Celtic fans will change their tune soon enough once Livingston is shown to be giving them something they want.
Leigh Griffiths? Let's make a banner berating him for being a thief and a racist. What, he's scoring goals now? "There's only one Leigh Griffiths!"
It's the Celtic way.

I wear a poppy as without him and his mates god knows what would have happened to the world.
Wir wurden uns alle sein, absolut in ordnung, naturlich.

Anyone that spends enough time on a Scottish football forum to be able to form judgements on others, and then votes in a poll about those people, needs to get out the house more and get a fucking life.
On a completely separate note, Addie - check your PM's.

See this white poppy shite, get it to f**k.
Poser shite for p***ks.
Someone's in a great mood today.
What booing is this you're referring to? They walked out of Parkhead against Motherwell and had a protest with their banners and their rebel songs.
The British forces have no doubt killed innocents in Afghanistan and Iraq not to mention the bombing of Dresden. Maybe you or QLP would like to answer why they're only getting upset about one incident?
I couldn't give two flying fucks what Celtic fans are doing. You could spend all day listing the crimes of the British Army (the ones that have came out, that is) and each one is a national disgrace. Although I wouldn't protest about it at a football match. If you don't agree with the silence then come into the stadium once it's done.
I object to the white poppy on the basis that, some of, the people who wear them are sanctimonious and ill informed about their reasons for wearing them. It's very existence perpetuates the myth that the red poppy is a celebration of war. I object strongly to that inference. My family, like most, lost people in the second world war. The red poppy is as much an anti war statement as the white - no one, (normal), likes war!
edit: missed a word
Okay then, I could easily say that I object to the red poppy on the basis that, some of, the people who wear them are sanctimonious and ill informed about their reason for wearing them. It can work both ways.
Is this turning into a game of top trumps though? My family lost such and such... If you go back far enough, most people on this site will have lost someone from their family as a result of war, so your use of that as an "I'm better than you" is a bit strange.
The remembrance day celebrations, and the actions taken around it, are becoming more and more about British patriotism than anything else. The British Legion's catchphrase last year was "For them, for now, forever", which certainly doesn't suggest to me that they are anti-war.
I respect anyone's decision to support whatever organisation they choose to, but the inference that anyone who wears a white poppy is doing so out of self-congratulation is well off the mark. The same way I'd be well off the mark if I said that all people that wear a red poppy are warmongering sycophants.

Every year I donate to the Stop the War Coalition and the Peace Pledge Union, and wear a white poppy rather than a red one. Any life lost as a result of war is a life too many, and as resk says above all victims of war should be remembered and not just ones that hold a British passport.
Oh sorry, I didn't realise the poppy was to commemorate the troubles in Northern Ireland. My mistake.
Not sure if serious...

I don't really see a reason why anyone wouldn't wear a poppy.

Maybe related to The Malodorous Ones' attempt to oust someone from their board because he's a Tory?

Who knows what goes through the mind of the supporters of the Inclusive Club.
Seemingly the Daily Record are preparing a story saying he'll join the board...

Celtic left-back Emilio Izaguirre needed stitches in his ear and a tetanus shot after Nadir Ciftci lashed out at his team-mate following a training-ground tackle.
FTFY.

Just finished 'The Miracle of Castel Di Sangro'.
An excellent read, even if the author is a bit of a self-indulgent twat that tries to railroad an already amazing story to involve himself at every turn.

Starting to think that this thread should be merged with "Celtic European Campaign 2015/16".

Teehee.
Celtic were fucking abysmal tonight. Even the haddies on Sportsound earlier had deciphered that Molde were a counter attacking side, and would hit on the counter. Deila on the other hand, decides to overload attacks and leaves his team open to the exact plays which Molde thrive on. I bet they couldn't believe their luck.
Today is a classic "Lets all laugh at Celtic" day; 3-1 loss to the team eighth in the Norwegian league and signing Carlton Cole...
