No second wave here in Belgium, restrictions have been loosened for a month now. In fact they are speeding up the loosening of restrictions as things have gone better than expected. Pubs are even opening next Monday. Bare in mind we were as badly hit as the U.K. and I think worse than Scotland.
Wits called sourcing, it's impossible to take Karol Sikora seriously because he is a known fraud and lunatic, I would double check anything he says. Reuter's on the other hand is a legitimate source, so it's ok to take them seriously.
HTH
I'll just add, a lot of the changes in the rules which have recently been introduced in England/Scotland were loosened here in Belgium about a month ago. There has been no second wave and cases are still decreasing. And from what I've seen a lot of people like from I read on here about Scotland are not necessarily obeying the rules.
This is at the height of the pandemic. So March/April, in Rome itself the deaths decreased by something like 10%, whereas in Bergamo they had increased 500%.
I think the assumption was mostly a decrease in car accidents being the big savour.
In fairness almost 8 weeks without speaking to anyone in real life outside the supermarket/frituur. It did start to get difficult. Now that I have got my social life back to an extent, I don't feel the need to be in work.
I stupidly volunteered to be one of the first to return to the office. I am a fucking idiot.
i also forgot how much I hate the voice of the guy who sits behind me, who also returned.
I am not even sure that is an age thing. Ive been watching stuff on Netflix and the first thing I notice is the lack of social distancing.
Cant say I immediately noticed anything wrong with that picture though
