  1. He was the only one to sit in front of a camera and offer anything. In regards to shutting the door. I never said it was threatened before where I’m coming from is, if we go down your route and boycott and protest this is what is going through his mind he’s got the power to do it. We are stuck with this mob until someone with money comes forward and even then Sim might not sell.
  2. It got a half hearted retraction but they meant none of it. Sim wont be forced out hes shown before his stubbornness. McGlynn at least showed proper remorse for the whole situation and faced the media unlike Sim who has hid away until now and pretty much told the fans go support someone else and if you disagree I may even shut the doors....
  3. He is apart of the 7 who feel they didnt do anything wrong. Just a puppet for the owner.
  4. Theres nothing we can do as fans or volunteers. Our owner and his band of merry men have essentially said its their club come or don't. Even made a remark of shutting the club down as we couldnt play Goodwillie. Nothing we can do will change their minds. What we need is someone to buy him out but who has a spare 3-4m and more on top to run it?
  5. Hes a clown. Just admitted he values Goodwillie over the fans. The retraction was all lip service and nothing will change with his puppet MacDonald as chairman. Need to get new investment into this club but theres not a queue of people who can do it unfortunately. Just wish Smart and Penman could join together and buy Sim out.
  6. I hope if he does leave its to step up a level. If he ends up at a similar sized club in this league it would be a bit of a kick in the teeth.
  7. I was hoping everyone at the club was just waiting to get the Hamilton game out the way before turning their attentions to the mess from last week. Don't think we are going to get the explanations we are looking for from the board or Mcglynn. Seems the U-turn was due to the backlash rather than the board growing a moral compass all of a sudden. The media blackout shows that its more likely they will bury their heads in the sand and hope this all dies down. The recent rumours of the board having no remorse doesn't come as any surprise really if true.
  8. David Goodwillie is scum for what he did and what angers me most is he’s happy to watch our club implode to make a few quid and play full time again. I would happily see everyone associated with the club leave tonight that includes Mcglynn. I’ve been one of his biggest fans in his time here but this is a step too far. All for a wee shot at promotion. Can shove it if this is the price we have to pay
  9. Clubs got high hopes for him good to see the loans working out.
  10. I see Coulson came off at half time was he injured or just playing poorly?
  11. Still under contract for next season. Hope he can use it as fuel to kick on. Wasted talent if he just reverts to the same old attitude.
  12. Heres hoping Mahady gets some minutes as well. They seem to be in good hands though.
  13. Looks like Quinn Coulson has been making good progress since Ross came in. Good to see him get Motm Saturday.
  14. Hope this is rubbish. Hes always looked to enjoy his time here but maybe hes not happy with being moved about positions. If it is true move him on no point keeping players that don't want to be here but as I say hopefully just rubbish.
  15. Tait unlikely to be available for Falkirk according to the courier. Hibs are to give us an answer today or tomorrow but report said Rovers officials are not expecting him to be available. Gives Matthews a chance to regain his spot in the team.
  16. Your correct that clubs talk up their prospects but they have looked like the part on the limited viewings while at Raith. Could be they need time with Ross who might actually have a plan to use them to their strengths unlike Bollan.
  17. Yeh seen that on their thread. Bollans tactics were horrible though so just got to hope that Ross improves the team and they can show something. Tbf don't think many Cowden players outwith Gill, Renton and Buchanan have looked good up till now so it's some job he's got on his hands.
  18. A bit surprised the two Rovers lads have struggled for game time as much as they have. Coulson has always looked good when hes played in a Rovers jersey, Mahady is a bit younger and more raw but hes highly regarded as a good prospect. Noticed Ross in his post match interview thinks highly of Coulson as well. Just got to hope with the new management and better coaching they can kick on and have an impact for you guys.
  19. Expect Coulson to get some decent game time between now and end of his loan. Mo Ross mentioned in his post match interview how much of a talent he is. Be good to see him and Mahady stay until end of the season and get some proper experience now that Bollan is away.
  20. Thanks. Surprised that they haven't had a proper chance. Coulson looked promising whenever he played.
  21. Apologies if it has been mentioned before but how is Coulson and Mahady getting on.
  22. I’d be more inclined now to get Aarnott as much game time as possible as he looks to be a real talent as well, for only 17 he looks composed on the ball and confident. Could be just as good a prospect as Tait by time he’s 19/20.
  23. It’s just annoying that Inverness got £125k for Mackay who only had a year left on his deal.
