And another thing.
If they come back as a NEWCO and have to reapply to the SFA/SFL how can they do that if they need 3 years of accounts? A NEWCO wont have that as they start with nowt.

So much for Green's 20 investors
He has confirmed that of the 20 "potential" investors only 6 have actually committed to putting any money into the club
Its one big bluff hence the reason the SFA et al want to know whos behind the bid. There will be no CVA as the pot of money aint gonna be anything like £8.5m.
When the time comes to put up or shut up he'll do a Miller. D&P wont pay the bills once the money runs out..... well certainly not £3m a month. They will liquidate
the club pretty sharpish. And by liquidate i mean as in Third Lanark. Finished.
The myth of the Old Firm has been shown to be just that.. a myth.
Football in this country will continue.

I've heard from an insider that contrary to what most people think, that when david murray was chairman he was putting money into rangers from his businesess, he was actually putting money from rangers into his businesess. Not sure if this is true but it raises the question, how did the bbc or other journalists not know this.
Could this be what the documentary is all about?
How was the shares rights issue money spent? I bet a few fans have lost a fair chunk of their savings there.

as far as im aware the administrators get everything they are owed and are not a creditor for that very reasonnn
(i.e so they cant arrange a CVA and end up screwing themselves over)
I cant see d&p coughing up £3m a month. I reckon Green is gonna walk away pretty soon when its apparent that a CVA wont happen.
D&P are a business too and they aint gonna go bust propping up an insolvent company.
In fact i cant see where the income is going to come from.

i believe they are duty bound
they get the money back when they are playing the role of the provvy man at the end
That means that they join the growing list of creditors and the debt goes up.
Surely there must be a point when someone has to stand up and say this has
got to stop now.

Duffman will have to pay because even if wee Greenny takes over it isnt until the 6th
And if Green pulls out of the deal and walks away will d&p still pay up?

So the big P&B and RM love-in continues.
Lord Hodge decided in March that Ticketus were an ordinary creditor.
No news here.
So in that case why are ticketus suing Whyte if the debt is with Rangers ?

Just wait until the EBT enquiry gets under way and UEFA get involved.

Thought there was around 20 investors? So as the polis say "if you tell one lie everything is a lie"

Is this a ploy to reduce the HMRC percentage in any CVA proposal?
Cant see what the advantage would be. After all that means the £8m owed to the fans for the debenture scheme would be diluted as well.

So Green is saying that Rangers DO owe Ticketus £24m not Whyte? Somehow im surpised D&PH have allowed this as they are supposed to be reducing debt not piling it up. Also Ticketus are suing Whyte for the money.

So instead of Big Jock knew is it gonna be Big John G knew?
The documentary on BBC next week is gonna be a belter apparently.
This whole sorry affair is gonna end with someone doing time i think.

Quick question lads;
How can a company be sold when the stock exchange, ( PLUS), has suspended trading?

Seem to remember a Junior team, (think it was Bo'ness Utd), had got to the final of the cup and romped the league but because none of the players were properly registered they got demoted and punted out the cup. Dont think it was the SFA that was behind that punishment but if the EBT enquiry proves the players had two contracts then surely a similar punishment will be met out?
