    But not much fun? - I played competitive sports when I was younger, I must be more mellow now I have zero interest in being the best, fastest etc but I want to and do keep fit - that's enough for me!

    Why is everything a competition these days? Can you not just go out on your bike for a ride without being the fastest/longest? I'm not fast but I usually use the higher gears for more resistance and I only do 20 odd miles (if that) each time.

    I need to get a new seat. I've got a gel seat and thought it was ok, but after being out last week and going to a spin class I was in agony. Pelvic bones were so sore. **and that is WITH padded shorts!

    I got the grass myself through work (with discount!) and the landscaper that I've used before - Central Landscapes - fitted it for me.

    Artificial grass with raised bed, decking area, tree area. Chuffed with garden this year!
