I can see FIFA/UEFA banning us from all competitions soon for being a diddy, corrupt embarrassment to football. What a shameful episode, brought about through fear of the OF.
The SFA need to grow a set and show some leadership.

Sorry but that reeks of battered wife syndrome ...ahd be burning without him...when rfc were midtable in the seventies and eighties and Aberdeen n Dundee utd were the dominant sides no clubs went into admin the world didn't fall off its axis the national team qualified for world cups and teams made up of Scottish players won European trophies...its only since the cheating started with admitted that the long term decline of our national game began. In amidst the rhetoric I haven't seen one single factual detailed representation of financial benefit from newco!

Rangers newco: Plans for club to enter Scottish Division One
The main points of proposal documentation viewed by BBC Scotland are:
"Rangers newco's acceptance into the Scottish FA would only be approved if they accept responsibility for the football debts and fines incurred by the previous club along with their waiving of rights to a legal challenge"

The FA, the SPL and the SFL need to get their sh*t in one sock, right now, and tell Green he can kiss their f**k*ing swingers before admittance to Div 3, never mind cheating their way into Div 1.
At the moment, they are making us look like the biggest diddy set up in Europe. I'm ashamed of what's going on with back room shenannigins taking place, and bearing in mind some of the lunacy we've had to put up with over the years, that's really saying something.
The SFA in particular are a fucki*g disgrace. No leadership whatsoever.

So from what I can gather, the floating charge in Murray park is protected.
Green is splitting the company to put assets into seperate companies (believe newscorp is doing similar)
I think her will be selling seperate parts of the company
Ie £5m for club
£20m for Murray park
£10m for ibrox
I think HMRC will be very interested if the "assets formally known as Rangers property", have been sold to Green at a knockdown price, then re-sold immediately for huge profit. Rangers do after all still owe a whacking great wedge to HMRC.

Radio Scotland just wheeled out an eminent(?) sport solicitor called David Thompson who stated directors who vote against Newco despite being aware of the financial hit involved could be in breach of the Companies Act and could face possible action as they`re remit is to protect the Company and they cannot take sporting integrity into account.
No change there, then.......

Exactly. The figures are made up pish.
For the first time in a generation, the diddy clubs have actually got a say in things. I really hope they don't give in to this blackmail.
I hope FIFA kick the SFA's arse over this whole fiasco as well.
