  1. I seen Jamieson throwing his bib away in disgust and marching back up into the stand after we scored too. I have to say the last few times I’ve seen Doran I’ve not been impressed at all. He was largely ineffective against Dunfermline and didn’t offer much when he came on on Saturday.
  2. Not sticking up for the referee here because I didn’t rate him at all today. But calling the Davidson/Todorov incident nonsense is pretty bad craic, especially when Davidson was banned after it.
  3. Wasn’t a great fan of Wallace Duffy at right back, I’d imagine Carson goes straight back in when he’s back/ready Woeful second half from us and Raith could’ve won it I reckon Would like to see the Raith red card again before I comment as I didn’t really see it at the time. Was fearing the worst when Roddy Macgregor hauled down the breaking Raith player (no idea who it was) Still a good point taken against a very good team
  4. I’ll reserve judgement til I’ve seen it back, referees obviously seen something he didn’t like
  5. First ever trip to Starks Park for me I imagine this’ll be a tight game between two of the leagues better sides Any tips on where to park are greatly appreciated
  6. Ryan Christie because he’d create chances in this league and score plenty. Graeme Shinnie as he’s one of the best to ever play for us (in my time watching Caley). Jonny Hayes, he’d run at players and get people off their seats Probably forgot a blatantly obvious one
  7. He may still need to keep a club membership as I think a lot of clubs are against the idea of the SGU membership and are limiting Open entries to people who are members of clubs only
  8. Bit late to the party here but started the season at 2.7 and finishing it at 3.2, mainly down to not practicing due to moving house and sorting a lot of that stuff out. Next seasons goal is scratch (and beyond!)
  9. Went to Alton Towers a few years back during May and the place was very quiet. Got speaking to an engineer who was hitching a ride in one of the gondolas and he was saying that it doesn’t get anywhere near as busy as it used to. That might be due to the accident on the Smiler however. Still a very good theme park and thoroughly enjoyed my day. Otherwise, Loudoun Castle was pretty dire when I was there years ago before it closed down.
  10. Listened to this last night, very good listen @RiG! Good to hear about the games/players from a fans perspective
  11. Mcginley saying Mcilroy is one of our top players and it’s a big call to drop him. Way he played yesterday it’s the easiest call to make I reckon.
  12. I graduated uni in 2019 and done an application to PWC, the second stage involved downloading an app to my phone and playing 11 separate mini games to judge my eligibility for the role which took well over an hour. As soon as I’d completed them all and closed the app. I received an email to say I’d been unsuccessful. Job I got after graduating and still do now. Was just a simple CV and cover letter I think, phone interview then face to face interview. Offered the job a few days later.
  13. I agree on Poulter but Westwood earned the right to be there I’m sure.
  14. We’ve scored 7 goals and conceded one so far. Dunfermline have scored 3 and conceded 11. We’re top, you’re bottom. This has Pars 1-0 with OFW pulling off multiple worldies and Todorov turning into prime Van Basten written all over it.
  15. Agree 100% with Keptie, those pictures are stunning! How long have you been doing the summit camps for?
  16. Wow! So defo been lucky then! Both pictures were taken well before 9 o’clock this morning. Spoke to 2 girls when I was nearly back at the car and showed them those pictures and they practically ran up the hill afterwards hoping to see the same
  17. Schiehallion today for me and seen some surreal views once I broke through the clouds. Sat at the top and admired the views for a while! Are Cloud Inversions common or have I been a lucky boy today?
  18. Was in Primary 1 at school, all I can remember is being annoyed that there was no cartoons on any of the 5 channels we had when I got home.
  19. We’ve got Reece Mcalear on loan from Norwich this season, who’s looked decent whenever I’ve seen him. I’m sure Robbo mentioned he wasn’t a fan of the loan market as we would have to pay money anytime they didn’t play and were available. So we’ve not had many over the past few years.
  20. It’s fairly easy I reckon, as mentioned in my post I had a mate who slowed me down loads and it took us 4.5 hours. I’d imagine without him I could’ve done it in 3.5 I think. It had the best views of the 3 Munro’s I’ve done purely because it was very cloudy & raining on Ben Lomond and snowing on Ben Vorlich when I done them.
  21. Used to work in a supermarket as a student and all us guys who were around the same age, we just organised our own Xmas night out. Cheap meal in the pub then out in Edinburgh, easy enough and everyone had a good time. The “store-organised” one was a party night at a local hotel that was £50 a seat and they had some daft tribute act playing. They wondered why none of us wanted to go….
  22. I was probably only about 7 or 8 when this Claude Anelka business went on and I genuinely can’t believe I’m only just hearing about it now
  23. I seem to recall that not many of the players had “relegation clauses” too. I.e. if we got relegated their wage dropped too. Some crazy decisions made by the club in that period
  24. Pick any from the list below: 1. Hiring Richie Foran as manager 2. Giving Richie Foran a 4 year deal, which meant he was still being paid 3 years after he left. 3. Not sacking Richie Foran at any point during the season and dooming us to relegation. 4. Giving Jake Mulraney a contract that doubled his wage in the final year of his contract (with no get out clause given we had been relegated). 5. Signing Brad McKay.
