  1. Yeah i fully understand why my viewpoint is in the minority, just think though how much money Murray had and how much he spunked on Rangers, do you not find it plausible that without EBT's he still would've overspent and signed players that were detrimental to the balance sheet but still manageable. Before whyte we were managing our debt, it was a huge amount and without the EBT's it still would've been huge, maybe different faces but i don't think that without EBT's Murray would have been more responsible financially, living within our means and signing "shitey" players.

He 'spunked' absolutely nothing on Rangers.

  2. As Enrico asked originally, why 57 marches?

I heard them last Sunday morning in Bridgeton, and it was clear they could use the fucking practice.

Pertinently, though, the first day of the Western Union Cricket Scotland League is tomorrow, with the big match being at Hamilton Crescent between Glasgow's Big Two, West Of Scotland and Clydesdale.

As for the East League, I couldn't give a f***.

  3. Over the last few weeks I've done a couple of sets in my living room, and without doubt the tune that has been killing it most is:

Electric Frog tomorrow. Can't wait. Jamie Jones is the man.

  4. Just bought my ticket for Electric Frog at the Riverside. Having seen Jamie Jones at DC-10 in September I had to plump for the Sunday. Saturday looks shit hot too. Too old for the two days though.

    And:

  5. I'm all ears Joey. Rather than just jerk your knee, explain please, for all of us folk that are obviously far dimmer than you.

Genius : They have taken the amount they spent in six months (£16.7m)from the amount they earned in a year (£13.2m) and tried to fool everyone into thinking they've only lost another £3.5m.

Apologies for being so blunt. Let me explain:

In the balance sheet there is deferred income of £5.3million. This is season ticket money that relates to matches played after the accounting date.

Therefore we have a total figure of (13.2+5.3) £18.5million for the year. This does not include any subsequent sales (pies, bovril, summer fashionwear, etc.) that are made between January and June.

    Clear as mud, I'm sure.

  6. So how does this trust thingy work?

Surely they can't expect to be in reciept of their season ticket and therefore access to matches until the club/ company receive their cash. Are they really going to give their Season ticket money to a convicted fraudster, a glib and shameless liar, as a protest and then not go to the games anyway if the club tells King to bolt?

This is gonna be great!

Keeps the ST money away from the Creditors pot in the event of an Insolvency Event, I'll bet.

  7. the prevailing opinion was that there were complications arising from it which raised other questions,” said a Hampden source.

For example, if a member goes into administration while playing in League Two then where would we put them?

Keep them in League Two? Or what about the Highland/Lowland league? I thought there are plans to have promotion/relegation from/to non-league?

Also, if a club wins promotion and then suffers an insolvency event, do we simply refuse to promote them or do we relegate them from the division which they have just been playing in?

You relegate them from the division they've been playing in. They've used financial doping to gain promotion, FFS.

I find it incredible what the people in charge find complicated.

Does this announcement make a The Rangers insolvency event a certainty?
