Craigan was also trying to punt Bair to the English Championship tbf

No offence to Ross County but I don't think anybody should be losing 5-0 to any incarnation of this Motherwell team two seasons in a row.

Hopefully Livi do us a turn and beat Killie tomorrow.

Spittal has been like a man possessed since we threatened him with St Mirren

His great grandfather is from Glenrothes or something like that, I’m sure. Vague memories of his dad posting it on twitter.
edit - that was surprisingly easy to find
his dad seems lovely. I think I wish he was my dad.

I did wonder if he'd end up back in the Canada squad, Paton made it in October and their front line varies from actually good players: David and Larin, to pub league participants.
Get in, get us bank, please.
I'm surprised we haven't went into overdrive on that front on Twitter yet given we were trying to get Sondre a Canada cap at one point

I keep forgetting Harry Paton is Canadian. He just looks very Scottish.
I'm sure I heard somewhere that Thelonius has Scottish ancestry somewhere along the line. Get him capped

I remember coming away from the game where we equalised in injury time then St Johnstone scored again two minutes later thinking Bair had been better than anything we had upfront that game. Maybe that was his best performance for St Johnstone though.

What was the Gannon situation again? Did he even have a contract?

I agree with all of this.
What I would also say, is that if all the January signings succeed in doing is to get another level of performance out of those already here, then you could still consider it to be be a success.
Even from the perspective of training - I'm sure things will be more intense and competitive than they were when the first XI would've had to line up against 4 strikers, Oxborough and 6 weans.
Our training seems intense enough as it is!

Weirdly doing a shift as my postman at the moment. I'm trying to order a lot of heavy stuff to get him back for all the goals against us.
Delivery for Thelonius

What a man. Cutting about like prime Henry.
I always preferred Henry to Bergkamp tbqhwy.

I assume the fact we've signed half the fullbacks in Europe means this isn't considered a longterm solution but I think Mugabe at RWB and SOD at RCB actually suits both players pretty well. Killie looked absolutely terrified whenever Bevis charged forward, and if he's still going to have "Bevis" moments then it's probably preferable they happen slightly further away from our goal if possible. We've never really seen the swashbuckling wingback version of SOD that we were probably expecting but as a a neat and tidy defender he's totally fine.

Aye - that's going to be a really hard cup tie against them on Friday - quite a few days coming up
We were all worried about KVV haunting us when we should have been preparing for Darragh O'Connor

Sorry, why exactly have Morton won 5-0 at Dunfermline today?

I clapped with my hands and booed with my mouth. I'm a nuanced man.

I'm a bit worried about KVV, he seemed uncharacteristically moody and petulant. Possibly not happy at Killie?

I think just based on him being a sort of cultured technical player I never expected Spittal to be the world's angriest man before we signed him. He'd do your head in.

I thought it was an odd performance from Killie. They were much better than us for the first half hour or whatever, it felt like watching a good premiership team against a Championship side for the most part. They seemed a bit shellshocked after the goal though, I don't know if it was complacency or whatever but I don't think they really got to grips at all from then onwards.

Bair has a better goals to minutes ratio than Kyogo. Also maybe I'm getting a bit ahead of myself but was that an almost... Van Veeny performance from him?

Nice to get a draw

Can only assume it didn't work out for him in Holland because there were 21 other Van Veens on the pitch at the same time
