Ironically, you seem rather normal!
That's weird.

Aye, about time. Maybe the great away support at Inverness helped to bring them round - it was a great turnout for such a long distance and a bus that was way too small!
Getting back from Ochilview on a Friday evening was going to be difficult at best!

The Caley have zero interest in Queen’s Park. Despite a weakened team, we’re incredibly disappointed with the draw, whereas you lot are jumping with joy. That tells you the story here.
Not jumping for joy at all. At the start of the day, I would have bitten your hand off for an away point against a team that almost made it to the Premiership. After the game, however, I was gutted not to have won.

I’ve nearly drowned this morning in the flood I’ve seen from your fellow QP fans at the suggestion you’re highly average. I was expecting much more going by what I’ve heard and read. Don’t worry about it, you’ll find a lot of fans think their own team is better than it is
I don't think there's many QP fans on here that would say we were expecting anything better than a draw - hoping yeah, but not expecting. The first half changed these expectations for some but, to be fair, Caley upped their game in the second half and Queen's still had a couple of clear chances. The tears seem to be coming from some of the Caley folk not QP.
It was actually a pretty good game all round. Good luck guys (except against us of course).

At the start of the game I would have accepted a draw. At the end of the first I was gutted we didn't go in three up we were that good. The second half mostly belonged to Caley but the chance of the half came Queen's way with McPake not making the most of an excellent chance.
A good game to watch with some excellent performances from the lads - we're not the finished article yet and another big lad at the back is going to take a wee bit of pressure off Fox - my man of the match. Dom Thomas showing some class out there as well with a couple of good stops from Ferrie (although he needs to sort out his kicking!)
Yeah - I'll accept the draw.

Another “look, a squirrel” moment from our leaders. Send out the infantry while the generals quaff champagne. The words Nero, Rome and burning come to mind.
Well, it's something and I'd quite like to hear some banter from Owen, Charlie and Dom. As there's a Q&A too, I hope that Davie Mac is able to control the eggs being lobbed from the back.

The club, probably about 3-0 down with the supporters, have pulled a goal back by announcing complimentary bevvy at hospitality.
£60 (£50) for a sumptuous one course meal. I'll need to have a few bevvies to make up the difference.
Oh, there is a half time pie too.

Not exactly many other options (assuming non-grass pitches) - basically Alloa or Livingston?

Also announced today. If it could have been announced yesterday, we could have politely asked our esteemed committee members about it at Ochilview. The prospect of not getting home until 10.30 on a Friday night does not fill me with delight.
Not currently residing in Glasgow's sunny south side, myself and my son got home at 0100 this morning after last nights game against Dundee. A relatively easy journey in summer nights but my attendances will be restricted as the nights close in.

A brand new podcast for all things Queen's Park FC for any that may be interested in such a thing. First episode is now up, any and all feedback very much welcome!
Listened to it on the bus south today. I was really impressed - well done guys. It was a long podcast but there was nothing I think you could have cut out. Maybe two parts but that might have affected the 'flow' of the programme. Looking forward to the next one - and 'The Story of Lesser' if you get around to that one.

A poor first half and a fairly impressive second half. Savoury and Jarrett were good and Thomas, although fairly quiet, did nothing wrong. If he gets himself involved more he will a good player for us. I liked Robson - he made a couple of mistakes but pulled himself together and got stuck in. The team seem to be shaping up well and I'm looking forward to the league season.

Looking forward to getting lesser Hampden eventually ticked off.
When is the upgrades etc. due for completion? There's been so many completion dates I've lost track. The sooner the better but I've not got my hopes up after being disappointed a few times.

Was round at Lesser this afternoon for the first look in 3 weeks (due to a bout of Covid) and all I can say is that work is proceeding at an extremely leisurely pace. Not a lot of workers on site and not exactly a hive of activity. Thought it was supposed to be ready this month?
On the playing front I hope there are a few reinforcements lined up. The recent graphic showing the first team pool names with shirt numbers illustrated the squad really does need a few more bodies, especially in defence and defensive mid.
When I visited last week there were about 20 guys working around the ground. The main things was lifting girders for the east stand but other stuff was happening too.

Can anyone confirm our game against Lokomotiva Zagreb today. So far I've seen 1pm, 2pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, 'cancelled' and 'this evening'. I understand it was being streamed live.
Came across this on Faceache -

I think we have the third most expensive kids season tickets in Scotland and are not far behind Celtic’s cheapest option.
Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee United etc all have more affordable options for families and our price sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the Championship (many of whom are free)
It is a disgrace
That is appalling if that's the case. Ridiculous way to encourage the next generation of supporters. What on earth is the club thinking of? I'd like to see a justification of the kids prices.

Well they've done it - selling season tickets for a temporary "home" venue over 20 miles away for an unknown length of time. I wonder if our home games will go ahead on Saturdays if we are the third club sharing Ochilview? No complaints about the price of the ticket, but the prospect of travelling to Larbert and back is most definitely offputting.
The pricing is ok - except for kids. The price of these season tickets is bonkers.
