  1. That image is tremendously tragic I'm a bit dim, so please point out the "thinking about it" part pls.
  2. You quit in GN and had an absolutely tragic "deal with it" gif on hand for the occasion with a pair of shades going over your cat
  3. And a 15 minute drive? Sadly, the fans who go to the pub pre-match then walk in are falling, you're more likely to find people will bus in an hour or two before, use the stadium bar before and after the game, then bus it back, I know folk from Scone who do that for Saints games.
  4. He did, yes, then slinked back pretending nothing had happened. Around the same time Dundee looked destined for the drop, and returned when they started to pick up. Just a coincidence, I imagine.
  5. They're absolutely pathetic. Apparently the sign on the North Stand "ruins the atmosphere of the crematorium and remembrance gardens". You know, the area of ground they've built a 20 foot wall around, is surrounded by trees and that's about half a mile away from the stadium.
  6. I mean, I literally gave you an exact example of a club moving away from the city centre and maintaining a crowd. The final few seasons at Muirton, a five minute walk from a Saints Supporters Club, averaged 2000 fans, fwiw. The new stadium was a 40 minute walk.
  7. I imagine a lot of that was down to the fact Neil Doncaster, who negotiates those deals, publicly said Scottish football would die if Rangers weren't put in the second tier. Unsurprisingly, every sponsor he approached either rejected him, or ripped the absolute pish with the money they offered. Hes to blame for that, nobody else.

    FIFA 19

I got Willian Jose and Kieran Tierney, both standard gold cards. f**k this game.
  9. I cant imagine Gemmill and Sbragia are capable of forming independent thoughts, never mind getting their heads around the idea of joined up thinking. Some meeting of minds when those two and Mcleish meet to talk about set ups and promising players, I'd imagine.
  10. When does atmosphere become important? Aberdeen will maintain the same crowd size, are in a part of the City which will probably find itself built around in the future. Saints moved from Muirton, a "charismatic ground within walking distance of the city centre", to a soulless Lego stadium in, at the time, the arse of the place, and it's a move that saved the club and has led us to where we are. Crowd size is virtually the same as the average at Muirton, and it's now within walking distance for the majority of people in Perth, and theres about to be 3000 houses built within a five minute drive of it too, with a road leading straight into the car park. Only difference is we didn't have to pay for the stadium.
  11. Would think youd get the ticket money but have to pay rent?
  12. Seems to be just a respect things between managers. McInnes and Levein both been quoted by our manager as speaking to him before making moves for our players,
  13. Sounds like you've pissed off Livingston now too. Gary Holt saying St Johnstone approached him and the club before talking to Gallagher, while he had no idea about Motherwell making a move until he was asked by a journalist about it.
  14. It's a "tiny minority" remember, shouldn't be too hard to weed them out...
  15. Is any of that new? You regularly see them standing staring into crowds of Rangers/Celtic fans singing about the IRA/"******s" and do nothing about it. Only time they've ever got involved in one of those games at McDiarmid was when Celtic fans started scrapping in the stand and one ended up knocked out, the guy literally had to start swinging at the police to get himself dragged away.
  16. Had this driving through Perth during the week. Citreon Picasso, driving through a 30 area with cars parked both sides and a bus heading towards him just randomly started swaying about and narrowly missed the bus who started tooting and flashing. Exact same kept happening after the bus incident. Looked for all the world like the driver was turned around facing the back seats most of the time as you could see the silhouette moving about. The "child on board" sign on the back window probably hints at what was happening.
  17. Making it easier for glory hunting c***s from your own city to attend matches against you...
  18. His inability to say terrorist without saying it in a Belfast accent Having his emails, to everyone, read out
  19. Meh season, considering last seasons finish. Full Billy Brown'ng over the lack of goals in the second half of the season, we sort of sorted it after the split but playing fucking dross helped. Board is expanding the stadium to 8k now, we were selling out the 4k stadium thanks to away crowds most weeks, so we'll play the next season at Rugby Park.
  20. We've got five games left, two are Motherwell and Kilmarnock, one is Livingston, and the other two against two sides fighting for their life in Dundee and St Mirren. With no momentum I'm not sure we'll be winning all of those. Hibs seem to have quite a tough run in, as do Motherwell, though.
  21. It would be closer to £2m if you went down, as you wouldn't be earning £500k off a player that year... Losses are losses, if your owner is willing to write them off (Ross County) they don't matter a huge amount. If you don't believe your owner is willing to do that indefinitely, then you should be worried. No idea what your owners are like.
  22. Lennon confirmed until the Summer, probably the best they could manage at this time of the season tbf, but youd think they'll try and get someone better by then.
  23. This is it, hes never actually shown hes anything more than a bang average manager down there. Bizarre that he expects to do anything more than muddle around 10th there.
