  1. We've not scored more than 2 goals in a league game, and won, since 3rd September 2022. We've actually only managed it 4 times in the league (Oct 2020 (5-3), Feb 2021 (3-0), Oct 2021 (3-1), Sep 2022 (3-0)) since Tommy Wright left us over 4 years ago (he managed 4 in 17/18 alone). So aye, we won't be "pumping" anyone.
  2. Why? We've already lost to Airdrie this year under him, and we're going to be playing better than that.
  3. All I saw was someone at the front of the stand screaming at the players to f**k off which, frankly, happens just about every game these days. Others applauded. Honestly feels about the right reaction. Some players deserved applauded for that today, some deserve criticism.
  4. George done well but the chances were poorly hit, IMO. Martindale bringing on Bradley and Mackay while we kept the same, exhausted, team on the park, was more important in your win than the keeper.
  5. Can't see us not conceding, tbh, so that probably means we don't win. Fans are pretty much unanimously against Levein and a lot of the squad too, so I don't think much encouragement will come from the stand despite the stakes, depends how we start really. Levein "delighted" with our performance today so guess we'll see similar, maybe Gallacher will be fit and go into the team instead of someone, but you never know whos going to come in/drop out anymore.
  6. Yeah, that wasn't the issue today tbf. We had 8 shots in the opening 12 minutes and could have comfortably been 3 up. He just saw it was working and flat out refused to change it until the game had completely swung Livingstons way, and then panicked and made mental subs trying to recover it. Hes done that multiple times now.
  7. Yeah we need to hope hes got a clause when we get relegated. We can't be paying him ~£2.8k+ a week in the Championship.
  8. Its not really, today confirms us as 11th IMO. Theres little/no chance this squad copes with the pressure of this game, and zero chance we deal with Countys attack enough to not concede (which defacto means the best result we can get is a draw).
  9. The universe is forcing it to the last day for Bair to put us in the play off, then Zak Rudden to relegate us.
  10. Yeah the collapse from the players there was mental. Their heads just completely went when Livingston equalised.
  11. Clark has to score, a simple chance and he totally fluffs it. Absolutely wild how bad we get after anything goes against us. Since we conceded we've struggled to complete a pass.
  12. A pathetic goal to concede. Montano stood at the back post unmarked for ages as the corner is set up then taken, then a simple tap in under no pressure when it reaches him. Amateur fucking stuff.
  13. Some players out on their arse, and this is the issue. If things aren't going badly we seem to refuse to change it until it goes wrong. Be proactive and this is a good game all round.
  14. Tbf I don't think Martindale expected us to line up/play this way at all, so the first 15 minutes was a shock and awe approach from us more than you being poor. Games evened out as we have.
  15. The realisation this could come down to goal difference on the final day makes me feel sick already.
  16. Very good, high tempo, start, but important they keep this up while not doing anything fucking stupid.
  17. Back four, Keltjens LB, Carey on RW, May LW, Clark in behind Sidibeh.
  18. He's not been a good manager for about 5 years, he lost whatever it was that drove him at Leicester.
  19. The moon has eroded to dust, oceans lap over the deserted, scorched, remains of planet Earth. Humanity evacuated the planet millions of years ago to traverse the cosmos and have evolved beyond recognition. St Johnstone are still playing a back 5.
  20. You understand the complaint is that its weighted towards Premiership sides because 3rd/4th have to play 2 extra games, dont you? So what is it? Do the 2 extra games give an advantage to someone or not?
  21. Aye that was brutal from Celtic. Title won etc., but watching Rodgers act as if hes achieved something, and presumably his gloating about how he "always gets the job done" after the match will be embarrassing tbh. If Celtic were brave they'd sack him regardless this Summer and try to actually push on, but suspect simply beating Rangers to the title in this manner will be good enough to keep him.
