I think there's a player in Craigen but he's not a winger. Played his 2 best games in central midfield and that's been about it. Will probobly come good next year when Sibbs is likely to be away & will get game time in the middle.

The likes of Beck, Bingham, Durojaiye, Roberts or Chalmers would not get a regular start in the current side. Other than bringing Mark Millar in on loan, Holts signings were awful. He cost us promotion that season and should have been sacked before he was allowed to shuffle back to his job at Norwich.

Couldn't give a monkeys who wins the cup if it's not Falkirk to be honest. That said, working in Edinburgh has been pretty tedious since last May & genuinely can't wait for someone else to be the cup holders.

I'd love to know the meagre amount of cash BBC Alba pay for live games. I'd wager it doesn't cover what you lose off the gate & hospitality. The Morton game may have had a decent travelling support too.

Depends who is after him. We've got a strong record for selling a player or 2 down south every season for mid-high 6 figure sums.

If Falkirk and/or the players agent do their best he'll end up at a bigger club than St Johnstone and for a good weekly wage that neither of us can match. No disrespect to Saints who are currently in a much stronger position on the park than we are and would be a step up in that respect. But he will do much better than St Johnstone or Falkirk for that matter.

Let's not forget it was Mehmet who asked to leave. FFC have just reacted by replacing him. I don't get the outrage on this one to be honest.

Saw that too. I doubt it means anything though as he was in with Alston & McGeever too. I know he's best pals with Miller & that would help us get him but if there's no money to spend then it's not going to do us much good.

If someone like Loy is indeed off to Morton, even on loan, that's a fairly embarrassing turn of events for a club of our stature to be honest. Especially when we are crying out for someone of his quality. I can't see how anyone can be confident of finishing 3rd on current form and if we are sticking with this squad & Morton/Raith strengthen then they will surely be favourites for 3rd & 4th spot.

Unless our form improves we are going to slide down this league to be honest. 4th already and Raith are only just behind us with a game in hand.
