  1. He will be along shortly to claim that the Queen is the victim in this whole episode
  2. The Brits bobsleigh mens' pairs managing to coup their equipment and take a long ignominious slide across the finishing line will not feature in today's highlights. Although it probably should.
  3. It's to bury Rangers' fans from the toon in. It's 500 miles deep.
  4. That Stuart Hogg interview. Missed the second Dundee goal, rewinding to listen to that. What a legend!
  5. Other than the opening minutes of both halves, Hibs have strolled it.
  6. Does he not have a board of directors that he needs to consult?
  7. For the potential East Fife hat-tricks you can add the following, and discard the rest. 19.9.1925 Bathgate (a) Jimmy Nairn scored 4 3.1.1938 Montrose (h) Eddie McLeod scored 3 25.3.1939 St Bernard's (h) Tommy Adams scored 3 (1 pen) 30.10.1948 Raith (a) Henry Morris scored 3 10.12.1960 East Stirlingshire (h) Bobby McPhee scored 4 9.9.1961 Alloa Athletic (h) Ian Stewart scored 3 26.9.1964 Alloa Athletic (a) George Christie scored 3
  8. Do you have to be a misogynist/ rape apologist to qualify as a real Clyde fan or does it merely help your cause?
  9. It was a penalty. A number of refs continue to turn a blind eye to this if it takes place while defending a corner. The red card incident would benefit from a number of video camera angles, which I don't think we're going to get. The referee did however seem well placed to give it, as did the stand side assistant.
  10. I've heard worse. In fact I like the cut of her giblits.
  11. To quote the great Billy Connolly in The Crucifixion. Promotium My Arseium
  12. Can we at least give BF credit for his starting line-up. You were all clamouring for Kevin Cawley and Andy Graham to start.
  13. We need to dedicate this win to the band of East Fife fans who follow the boys faithfully home and away. I've said this before but the team need your backing far, far more during the tough times, than when we are doing well. Thank you! And enjoy your Saturday night. I'm sure you will. You deserve it.
  14. The Brits being absolutely shit at almost everything makes the BBC presentation so much more watchable. Cannot be doing with the jingoism that normally accompanies these events.
  15. Fred Perry damaged my Stone Island labelled top: He was standing at the Beach End Shouting Come on Ye Sons Wearing all the right clothing Showing off his guns It was 1982 and he was a right hard man His mates all around him and his name was Dan He worked on the Rigs and he earned a load of money Had a pal from Montrose who got a punch on the nose, off a guy from Clydebank who didn't like his clothes. And that's the way it went in 1982, when casuals meant a visit to Casualty. Thank You. (Been reading John Cooper Clarke)
  16. Haggis, neeps and tatties again for tea tonight. Just over a week after the last serving. Not waiting a year before plating up this magnificent dish again.
  17. "It's thee biggest event in sport: Superbowl 26" No it bloody is not. Not even close.
  18. I bloody would. Come ahead Jurgen! Tailgate my arse
  19. I agree with you for the most part, but "jumping ship for £££" should not factor into this whole episode. 99 percent of part-time players in Scotland would probably accept a rise in wages and a pop at full-time fitba. David Goodwillie is at a turning point in his life, he has fucked it up so far. He needs to do a bit of thinking, and take a bit of advice about the way forward.
