  1. I get what you're saying now. However, because it's from the court, would I now need to disclose who was driving?
  2. So it's called a 'Simple Procedure Notice of Claim' It reads that if I don't respond, they will almost certainly award the claim to the claimant including interest and expenses. It also states that the companies solicitor must serve me this document. I never signed for it, however is a photo of it being served now enough? Do they need to have evidence that I was driving even though the car is registered to me?
  3. It's basically an invitation to put forward my case. It has empty boxes on the document for me to fill and return. However if I appeal and lose, I am liable for their court fees. Don't want to pay these c***s the fine either.
  4. No, it's from the actual court. A full 20+ page document.
  5. No, just a picture of the car, registered to me.
  6. In a completely hypothetical situation... If I got a letter from the small claims court in a Scottish city about a private parking ticket (not council) I never received any notice of... Am I better to pay this, or appeal? I have a route I want to go down saying something was obscuring the sign at the time, it was obscuring 1 sign, but not the others and I was a patron of one of the local establishments at the time. I took photos yesterday to back up my claim that there was building works at the time. Thoughts?
  7. Cameron isn't there to defend though. He is an attacking midfielder who was made to play too deep today.
  8. I would be quite happy if I never saw Curtis Main in a Dundee top again. Beck kept quiet today. Crossing over hit. Carson at fault for the pen, and his distribution was woeful. The transition from Defence to Attack today was nonexistent. Poor day from us all round. Well played Hibs.
  9. This was the other absolute fuckin' shit show I was on about.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58976502 I have also seen our fan base fight with each other after losing a goal to Huntly in the Scottish Cup.
  10. I have never been as raging at a game as I was at that one. Nobody in the Derry dared even interrupted my rant that evening as I went off on one, folk must've looked and thought 'Avoid, avoid, avoid'. I stayed until the final whistle to vent even more anger at McPake. Just getting fizzed up thinking about it.
  11. As Kidd rose above maroon toes, and the Jambo's stared to melt...
  12. Got my results back for my 2nd TMA of the year. Not a total disaster, not happy with it either though, 50%. I was pretty confident of what I handed in, my tutor said I had a clear understanding but didn't use enough evidence. Really need to raise my game for the next one in a month's time. I do have a full understanding of the course and really enjoy it, I just can't let a lack of evidence let my grade suffer like that.
  13. McCann was based on his shaggin' exploits and his 3 games as a trialist when working for Sky.
  14. Jocky's jetpack? Wha's in cherge here? His attitude and personality just adds to his goal scoring imo.
  15. Gowser Christian Nade Sofien Moussa Neil McCann Jocky Scott Luka Tankulic
  16. Just the suggestion of an affiliation with them makes me think, Har Dee Har Har.
  17. You could add in Novo and Lovell or the wonderful Annand and Grady.
  18. Disgusting name. Imagine having a name associated with the Massacre of Glen Coe. Should see the names of his other kids... https://nypost.com/2016/04/05/dad-who-named-kid-hitler-is-tired-of-being-treated-like-garbage/
