  1. I was a Yes last time and nothing has changed, I have been to Estonia, Moldova, Norway, Slovenia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Georgia, Macedonia, Iceland, Cyprus, Republic of Ireland and Croatia and every one of these countries are doing just fine and not one is asking to lose its independence. Most of these nations don't have the same resources that we have Scotland and Scottish produce is known the world over but I envy everyone of these countries for having the guts to do things for themselves I really don't understand why anyone wants Westminster to make our decisions that's like giving your wages to your neighbour and him giving you back what he thinks you deserve and then making all your important decisions for you and no one would ever do that so why do they want our country to? Surely the best people to make Scotland's choices are us the Scots? Independence will probably cost me my job (HM forces) but I will be delighted to sacrifice it for what is right I can always get another job, Scotland is a country not a region do what is right for the future and vote Yes in 2014.
  2. Bit harsh Zen they would simply write you one of there famous cheques that pays £0.01 for every £1.00 all perfectly above board (If you're from Dundee)
  3. Agreed Murray should get 2 year extension as he has performed above expectation in every competition this season and was knocked out both cups last year by Celtic, his signings have all been excellent and we are playing some great football for the first time in a ages. He has shown no undeserved loyalty to his former team mates and anyone not pulling their weight or making the grade was out the door in the closed season we can't afford passengers in our team. I would love to see us sign up a few on longer term contacts so Murray can try and build on this team the signs this season are certainly positive and promotion although difficult is not impossible this season if we can continue to perform. Long may it continue
  4. Should be a good move for both Donaldson and Peterhead everytime I have seen him he's looked a decent player but maybe not quite ready for first division starting place so Peterhead could give him a decent run of games and I think he will be a decent addition to Peterhead's squad
  5. 9th in the seaside league So must be performing one place higher than expected this season
  6. Before or after it gets killed? Put me in the didn't realise it had any sectarian links section heard the term Orc used loads never once realised it was sectarian thought it was in reference to the knuckle-dragging fans and the fact Celtic fans often refer to Ibrox these days as Mordor. Still you learn something new everyday.
  7. What all these guys who live in Glasgow We should get half the tickets and sell them in sections returning what we don't sell only in Scotland would you get a cup final where teams think they should get more than 50%. Your average crowd means f**k all, cup finals should be at a neutral venue and tickets should be 50/50 until one team can't sell their allocation. Great quote from OrcMedia 'Raith should be getting what they average on home attendances, no more than 2,000, sick of all these wee glory hunters attending finals when they don't go to league games, a day oot fur the toon and aw that pish, nae excuse. ' Old Firm fans accuse other teams of glory hunting thick Orcs
  8. Scottish cup final to be held at Celtic Park even if Celtic are in it, expect a huge push for our final to be at Ibrox then or SEVCO will claim a conspiracy
  9. I Think most agree goal music is not required I think the roar of the crowd is more than enough and you don't need to add any cheesy music to the moment all that does is stops the crowd from singing in my opinion. Be good if we could stop this one as no need for it keep music for the start/end/HT. As for Geordie Munro I think doing a remix of a traditional song will always be a bit Marmite for most people, I don't mind it but prefer the original at the start as the fans can then join in but more than hapy to hear the other version played at other times maybe during halftime or even at the end as people are leaving. BIGQ FAE KDY think everyone appreciates the efforts of all involved we are a small club and every effort to raise money for the club is very welcome. Perhaps the goal music is something the supporters member on the board could raise as i'm sure if its something many would be happy to not have the board would change it.
  10. Another treble winning season for the mighty Celtic only Lennon could lose a 1 horse race Celtic   Lennon :1eye :1eye Well done Morton we were all routing for you in this one.
  11. No bad for a 38 year old, from what I have seen on-line the Sevco fans were saying it was typical Fat Sally up against a 38 year old Marvin Andrew and hes got his team throwing in crosses which anyone who has seen Big Marv play knows he will deal with all day long. Surely any manager with an ounce tactical knowledge would of put fast strikers to run at him as at 38 he would lack the pace. Great to see Big Marv playing and having a good game pit in some great shifts for us and a player everyone likes, Marvin Say believe
  12. I don't think I have honestly seen any Rovers fans saying WHEN we play Rangers, think we are all well aware of our ability to mess it all up against Annan and with Fat Sally at the Helm even if we beat Annan Stenhousemuir could be our opponents in the final. Stark's Park may not be the worlds greatest footballing venue but its far from the worst so be careful what you wish for. Its walking distance from the High Street which is a huge plus moving outside the centre of town or ground sharing in another town would see our support fall below 1000 and we would probably never get it back you only have to look at Airdrieonians or Clyde both of whom had far bigger supports before they moved. What I would like to see (maybe it is available) is a target of how much we need to raise to buy back Starks Park as I think this should be our long-term goal (barring the Euro Millions) How much is owed on it? Have we payed anything off so far? The land can't be worth that much as its hardly prime real estate next to the railway lines so we must be talking thousands not millions surely? and yes it will take years but I would like to see an effort to buy it back, owning your ground is a massive plus. Even just small events or buckets round the ground would raise some cash. The club and fans do a great job running the club and did fantastic saving the club from the brink but I think we should have this as a target no matter how long it might take.
