Hearing it’s Gary holt that’s getting the job and if it is good luck to him but why it has taken 4 weeks to get him in is nothing short of a disgrace and let’s hope he brings someone in with junior experience as he doesn’t know the grade at all , he’s going to lose the majority of the team that’s there and it will be a complete rebuild from him but the problem being every top Player at this grade will have been spoken to long before this and will have promised clubs they are signing for them , he will be left with players clubs aren’t too fussed on which is concerning

According to his statement on fb he wanted to Leave at the end of the season and we did still have a chance of the league then and ever since all that’s happened is players dropping off the scene every other week , the goalkeeper the latest today not to be seen who’s been outstanding since he came to the club and probably never gave a minutes hassle to the staff in his 4 years here

Bottom line is all went Pete tong since mick Left , would we have won the league ? In all probability no but im pretty certain we would have beat Rob Roy and an under strength hurlford and kept the pressure on beith

Another absolute dire 90 minutes , like a pre season friendly and the quicker the season is over the better , huge job for a new manager coming in cause looks like most of the players don’t want to be there

I see we have opened up applications for new manager for another few weeks , what a shit show , so the new gaffer comes in mid may and he’s left with players that other clubs don’t want , embarrasing but not surprising , also hear gowser and Stirlo have been told to train with the under 20s

They've obviously tried some "bigger" names in the likes of Stephen Aitken, Martin Lauchlan, Billy Stark, Brian Kerr.. and not made it to the league set up with any of them.
I think of all the clubs that have gone I to the league since progression was made available then EK should have a realistic chance of sustaining higher division membership - still pains me with the playoff defeat to Cove when looking at where they are because they should have the potential to do similar.
Hope Kennedy can do what all the others before him have not managed.
Be amazed if he doesn’t but what I do know he will put absolutely everything into it , a massive loss to darvel

I see we are advertising on social media for a manager
lot of nonsense imo , u have people in mind you talk to them and go from there , i fear the worst for whoever takes over as mick wasn’t just the football manager , he made sure everything else was running smoothly off the park , galls managers selections weren’t great before and we have a sporting director who doesn’t know 4-4-2 from 3-5-2 , hope im Wrong but I fear the worst here for the club

That I know off mick had no financial involvement and if he did who really cares , it’s his money to do what he wants , it’s a grey area club wise however as the president of the club has had 1 agm In the last few years and it was invite only and then no balance sheets handed out this year and a blether saying everything is ok , as a fan it would be interesting to see what the wage bill was and how much the club owes John gall as im sure he will Have put hundreds of thousands in over the last few years , I’d imagine he’s done fine this year with the Scottish cup Run but was it a loan to the club and he takes that back out or is it left in the club , mind you I’d expect he will make a few Bob over the next few months as players ask away as iM sure a lot of them will follow mick wherever he gos and most of them on 2 year deals , he either sells them or keeps unhappy players who will leave for hee haw next summer when contracts run down so be interesting to see what happens over the next few weeks and months

Obviously no who they wanted as he applied at first wave of applications however good luck to him , he’s no going to be left with many players so it will be a total rebuild , and hopefully no a long contract he’s got
