Well, i didn’t recognise that team from the descriptions I’ve read on here for the last few weeks. You must have massively raised your game. Extremely disappointed in our lot, but you blew us away second half. Well done.

Many sections of the home end now sold out. Ayr tickets still a trickle. Pity the occasion not being joined by both sets of supporters.

Jings, it was just a bit of banter. Killie are always a triumph of hope over experience for me.

If it’s so good, why do hardly any Ayr fans go?

Not really OF behaviour. Just can’t take on how tinpot your support is.

We currently have twice the home support that was at Somerset with three days sales to go. We also took three times the away support currently coming to Rugby Park, and would have taken more, if more tickets had been available. All from the same size of town. It’s really not wise to try and compete on supports...........or Trophies.

The thing that you can’t seem to grasp is that, unlike sevco, we have no external debt, therefore our brilliant benefactors are financing the delicious extras we are seeing at present. Sadly for you, there are therefore no pressures on us at all. We also have four times the core support that you have, despite you being based in a larger conurbation. I know you think the hundreds of thousands of pounds plus add on sales this produces doesn’t matter, but it really does. On the plus side I think your thread is very entertaining and passionate. Ps...RIP Alex Ingram, probably the first Ayr player I can recall being aware of as a youngster.
