Coverage is very good for me so far

Took me a while to realise that the "B" on my code is actually an 8. Please next season can someone increase the font size of the access code on the season cards? Yes I do have reading specs...

A bad result for us but absolute scenes for the winner (from 6:30). A bit too much bum cleavage for my liking and there was no need for him to try humping his players

Given all the cancellations happening I'm hoping we'll be able to get a good feed in Cavens Arms without booking.

Found it strange that the TV commentators thought it was an exciting game. Think I would have switched it off if I had been a neutral supporter. Two poor teams that will likely be fighting to avoid the bottom places at the end of the season.
We seemed to lose the midfield battle for long spells of the game and you always feel a mistake is about to happen in our defence.
There was plenty happening though, fluffed chances, hitting the bar etc, especially compared to the previous week with ICT v Killie.

Best I heard (I was there) was "TRY AND KEEP IT IN THE BIG GREEN BIT" after several punts out of play onto the terracing in the second half. Sound advice I thought.

The “Independent SAGE” weirdos sure have been emboldened this week haven’t they.
You can see the glint in their eye as they slither back onto our TV screens
If I were them I'd feel unsafe in public. The first time Whitty got mobbed it was jovial. Might not be the next time.

Attendance 2296. Where?

Surely Morton can adjust their ticket site so that you automatically get a confirmation email with the pdf tickets attached once payment is taken? What a kerfuffle.

Why isn't Chris Sutton there if that was what happened?

I drove past that on the 74, rather surreal to see the two busses parked and boys leathering each other in the inside lane.
I wonder if that was between two English teams given most of the 92 seem to be represented in the Rangers end?

Biggest entertainment was arguably Gardyne losing the plot towards the end after a bit of slagging from the NT.
Headed straight up to the changing room right on FT and pointed to the name on his back after a wee bit of chat from the terracing. Classy.

Paying for match tickets online in advance instead of hard cash at the turnstile certainly makes it easier not to notice obvious stats, like for example getting into Gayfield now costs more than Somerset for the first time in my life.

Looking forward to seeing the place buzzing again but not so much looking forward to inevitably being surrounded by locals who "have a soft spot for Ayr" and hate Killie from their big team allegiance.

looks like there may be a bit of rain now around 9pm but not enough for typical Scottish Cup derby conditions.

Going to be strange conditions, blowing a gale but dry and very mild for end October, 15 degrees.

I don’t frequent the Somerset road end as much as I used to but I haven’t heard from he abhorrent “sergeant major” sung for a long time. Proof (I hope) that progress is possible.
Unfortunately it was sung away at Partick early on in the game.

Still currently only 374 Kilmarnock end tickets left
For a team that sings the pathetic "stand up if you can't sit down" ditty, probably not repeated anywhere else in the football world, they sure do love coming back to our old ground.

I'm assuming it's spot checks. Otherwise the queues will be massive if we have to check every punter.
I couldn't be arsed with the app it was wanting my id and I had to photograph it there and then. So I downloaded the pdf of my vacinnation status that details my 2 jabs and has two qr codes. I assume that is sufficient?
I'm the same re the pdf file. I tried the app but my phone refused to play ball at the facial recognition stage for some reason. Perhaps I wasn't showing my best side...

Is it an all ticket do season ticket holders have to pick up some kinda ticket?
Its a league game so your season ticket will be valid, no further action required.

I found it a bit bizarre there was a queue of home fans having to jot down their name and address in the club shop when purchasing home tickets for the Morton game but I could saunter in and buy a ticket for the Partick game without any of that carry on.

I keep thinking with the scoreline graphics Lyon are down to ten men.

There was a cash gate on the night for those of us not willing to set up a pish stained account.

That seems like a decent compromise.

I was in the main stand today but wondering if a wee sesh with fans in the Somerset Hub for Morton might be good fun before Nicola reinstates crowds for the rugger.
Lets face it, how often have you been in a boozer with Ayr fans watching an Ayr game?
