    Theres a part of me that wishes the North terrace to remain open to the elements forever. It is a rite of passage for every Ayr fan to get shat on by a seagull after all.

    I see the season ticket as a contribution towards the short term survival of the club during this horrendous nightmare. Getting any games from it will be a bonus.

    Never mind QOS with their "this love will last forever" flag for Dobbie, could you imagine a big flag with the Moff in this exact pose and gown, and perhaps the Ayr badge in the background? Would be an absolute belter!

    He comes across really well in the article. Sounds like a decent, positive guy. I agree, his little quip about his landlord in Edinburgh is not the usual bitter managerial chat.

    Looking at that picture they've done a good job on repairing the wall after ned boy smashed into it. It was typical after so many Saturdays of storms, hurricanes, deluges etc the next ten or so Saturdays during lockdown were perfect for football. I still think its March in a way, except lighter and warmer. Everything set to pause.

    Yeah I know that game was seen as a "ground zero" moment for the virus in Spain and Italy. Just thinking about in a more cautious, post virus world could football restart providing everyone took the necessary precautions and ground capacity was limited. Innovative thinking is going to be required in getting things back to something resembling normality.

    As far as I'm aware there is no actual evidence yet of outdoor transmission or have I missed something? Test the players and we all turn up at Somerset wearing black and white face masks sold by the club shop
