Lovely.

Home tie works for me. Its Scotland v England in the rugger at 1645 that day so any away tie near Edinburgh will be a right pain in the proverbial.

Would be interesting to know how many fans would rather this game was played on Thursday along with the top flight games. Boxing Day crowds are normally bigger from what I can recall.

I think it will go ahead but the conditions will affect the game, especially during passing showers. All the more reason to play to feet. (I'm well aware the majority of my posts are about the weather)

I never made it due to flooding on the trains last night, think a lot of people were also convinced it would be called off after the ICT debacle last season. Our crowds will decline though if we keep this poor run going, just a pity they don't increase as quickly when we do well

MET Office updated forecast for Strathclyde "the more persistent rain clearing by evening"

Given the stand is the same price as the terracing, and I think the season ticket lets you in too on an unreserved seat, you can choose to watch the game without getting soaked. Some folk like their routines though!

MET office website saying 25mph winds with 40mph gusts. Less windy than the ICT game called off last year due to high winds. Morton's Twitter page suggests they have no problems with the pitch or the easing conditions forecast.

It is to calm down slightly tonight (weather warnings for wind and rain expire at 5pm and 3pm respectively), probably to Arbroath seaside standards so there is still a chance. Let's grow a pair and get this on!
