From his Morton signings you could argue McAdams and McGinty have been a success. Fjortoft and Salkeld were obviously both shite.Β
Its worth checking out Salkeld's last couple of goals for Clyde, absolute peaches. Especially the one v Dunfermline last Saturday. Never thought I'd see him score goals like that!

Place will be jumping with eccied-up fuckwits tonight.
Not really, it was a good event. Very well behaved.

Why are some ICT fans in a segregated corner, right next to an area of the stadium that contains their own fans?Β
I'm wondering it they're those 1500 or so season ticket holders that never turn up for league games.

Wonder what vegetables they're growing in that allotment in the centre.Β

Stunned to read in the programme that Reece McAlear "doesn't read books"Β

Good luck tonight (Ayr) lads. Is it a thing that you get an increased attendance when there's a big race meeting over the road?
Normally the club request to be away from home at this time of year. A dodgy algorithm no doubt.Β

One thing about the next two home games (let's assume we don't make the playoffs) is that it represents the last time we'll get the chance to stand on the North Terrace in its current guise.Β
Is it just me, or is that not quite a significant moment especially for us older supporters? I just feel the club should be shouting about this in advance of Friday. A lot of lapsed fans or occasional supporters might want to experience it one last time and might not be aware of the change.Β

For what it's worth, context:

Wrexham can't even make it into the Football League and yet spunked something like nine million pounds this season. Despite having completely failed, their turnover is still six times that of Ayr's best financial season in two decades.
They're getting over 10000 at home games.Β

One of the more desperate posts I've seen on this thread of late, and that is saying something.
Thank you.Β

I see that Dundee have reduced their prices to Β£15 for the home game v Hamilton on Saturday. So that will mean a larger than normal crowd full of impatient Dundonians expecting a pummelling of wee diddies Hamilton.
Twenty minutes in without a goal and that idea could easily backfire. The foundations of a shock result are in place.

Listen, my main gripe with Bullen these days is that I now find it hard not to speak like him.Β

If you haven't seen it then its worth watching Nicky's goal yesterday v Ross County on Sportscene via iPlayer. An absolute screamer.
I also recommend iPlayer to catch up on Dougie Imrie's hissy fit at his own fans at the end of Friday's game.

Based on the TV coverage they did appear to be considering bringing Murdoch on in the second half.Β

Fizzing with anger having to watch this on TV because of its ridiculous scheduling.Β

Subs would probably hamper us at the moment, there is nothing on the bench that would improve or even keep us performing the same. Maybe Bryden or Kirk for McGuire and Musonda because they havenβt played 90 minutes in a whileΒ
Aye was thinking Musonda and McGuire wouldn't last but then ICT scored just after we made the subs on Saturday. Good if they do get 90 mins though.Β

Surprised no subs yet?Β

For a team supposedly not playing well I'm loving tonight's updates.Β

Out of all the teams we've regularly played this century I can't think of a club I detest more than ICT.

If few people can be arsed watching a team at the top of the Championship then I'd say that's pretty concerning. Don't we all want to watch games in full grounds?Β

Logan Chalmers an unused sub (again) for Tranmere today. Pretty annoying.Β

Has a reputation for being a "character" thanks to wearing a bunnet. Fud.Β

End of season awards for the same night as the SC semi final. The club know something we dont?
Cunning mind games. The game could be on Sunday though.

I still can't quite believe we can sit back smoking cigars for a week before the weegie diddies sort out who is playing us.
But I'll take it.
