Tbh I don't think his finishing or composure was the issue, I can't think of many golden chances he has missed. It just seemed that he played all his football a million miles away from the goal and when in possession never had the quality or turn of pace to make an opportunity for himself to shoot.

Hopefully Ross County lose the play off so we aren't lumped with Inverness

Hard to imagine Dick not giving him a new contract. Ideally he would be third choice striker at best, though.

You'd like to think that knowing Peterhead were bidding for Hester means we would've gotten a decent fee out of them.

Neither are good enough so I'm not sure what point you are trying to prove, Paterson currently plays for a team in the 8th division of Scottish football. As mentioned before in this thread Paterson's reasons for not being involved were not exclusively football related.

Find it funny some people think Dick & Pink are purposely keeping these world class youngsters from playing just for the hell of it.

Good move for both parties I think. Never going to get regular football with us, and we usually play with a lone striker which I don't think he could do in the championship. All the best for the season ahead for yourselves and shanks

As far as my gripes with Dick Campbell go, him not playing youngsters is way down my list. Anything for a bit of outrage though.

Good luck to Shanks, needs to be playing every week at his stage of career. Don't think he would ever have it in him to be a lone striker at this level so a good move for both parties IMO.

Completely agree which is why I'd be signing a new right back.

Banks was 100% better defensively than Gold or Stewart.

Not fussed about Banks leaving. Certainly did a job, but felt he was pretty poor on the ball and really lacked any sort of attacking contribution.
