I haven’t switched at all since never at any point said “Tav scoring twice is a concern” so if you are going to quote me at least go read what I actually wrote.

And let me address your 2nd point and the actual overall point by asking you a simple question. Who in your team just now consistently and will reliably turn up in this fixture to pose a consistent threat to us? I can name one and you can probably guess who

They're full of excuses M8, They said Beale got it wrong in the cup final, now Beale is blaming VAR instead of looking at the horrendous defending.

Complete hyperbole. You’ve switched the line of attack from “Tav scoring twice is a concern” to “Take him out your team and you are toothless”.

Quick fag packet calculations has Tavernier scoring 17% of our goals this season.

Kyogo has scored 22% of Celtic’s.

Would you argue that taking Kyogo out your side would leave you toothless? No, you absolutely would not. So why would you argue that for Tavernier considering he has scored less of our goals as an overall percentage than your leading player has? His position makes no difference to the argument if he is consistently doing it.

Fecking hell M8, Jinky was posting about this fixture.
You are all over the place here.

Why is it questionable that a player who is consistently near the top of the scoring and assist charts for us being a goal threat 😂 it makes no sense. The fact he scored two today is somehow to be viewed negatively? It’s very flawed logic.

And I’m howling at the moon because I feel like the ref wrongly ruled it a foul? No, I have an opinion that many others share. I never criticised VAR, I criticised Clancy.

FFS M8, You said yourself Celtic have got more match winners, the improvement you see is sevco are better off the ball which they lost under Gio.
Beale bring that back isn't making the difference to this Celtic side,we're a better  side since then.
The point is your captain stepped up today but the rest didn't when they needed to win.

Nice to see the conspiracy against Celtic by the proddy brotherhood refereeing association be put on the back burner yet again. Long may this transition into a progressive society continue.

Definitely two of the best times to score, my bladder has a conspiracy from not seeing goals.

I think making reference about not having to worry about any booing of Jack is probably what has triggered the negative feedback to your comment.

With that being said, I think saying he can stay at home is also a bit of a wild take considering his performances for Scotland under Clarke.

The fact that it's spilled over into this thread,in a game he didn't play in with a major victory.
I thought the booing in this game did affect the player it was aim at.

The amount of players Spain left out of the squad was baffling though. Hermoso has been the best centre half in la Liga since the world cup but nowhere near the squad. Same goes for De Gea, Llorente, Koke, Parejo, Moreno, etc.

Might be a very different team we face next time we play them.

Questions are no doubt being asked in the Spanish media with regards to the wisdom of his clear-out/squad selection.

Spain are in the same position as we were in 3 years ago, they don't know who their best defenders, midfielders or attackers are plus they have a bigger pool of players to choose from.
Making 8 changes proves that from one game to the next, the runs from Tierney(for the second goal),Dykes(should've stepped across the defender) and McGregor at the end of the game would put major question marks over the Spanish players chasing them down.
People saying Spain underestimated us is absolute mince, Scotland are just 3 years ahead of them in terms of building a squad.
Whether the Spain manager gets it right or not by the time we play them again we know Scotland is in a great place moving forward.
We took the scalp and enjoyed every moment of the game.
