  1. Workers in shops who, despite you standing in a queue for ages, drop everything when you finally get to the front to answer the phone and leave you standing there. That really bakes my tamale.
  2. *Ahem*, David, not Dave. Que predictable responses.
  3. Dammit, I was hoping to slink silently away from this. Dont really know what happened today - absolutely shocking time, in fact my running partner totally left me standing today and she (yes, she ) set a pb. Dissapointed to say the least Really need to sort my training out. Been doing lots of quite long slogs rather than setting a pace and it really showed today. Still, the only way is up. Any other coming up in the next few weeks. Got my eye on the Strathcarron one.
  4. Fud. In fact add another year to that as of yesterday. I'm now about three times Kyles age!
  5. In the Clachan in Garrowhill. Been on the wine since getting home. Tremendously drunk now. Huzzah!
  6. The GarrowhillClyde will be finding this most amusing. The GarrowhillClyde predicts that great things will come from young master Murray.
  7. Ladies and Gentlemen, I bring you Kenny Dalglish and Gordon Strachan - both a pair of at time abraisive fellows. Both Scottish greats. Can we not for once see a potential champion to be in our numbers and support him through it all? C'mon the Murray!
  8. 11.1 miles I make it - 3.7 miles each time around (going by the path at the east side of the loch rather than the road on the east side which would probabably be a bit longer). It wasnt too bad today but a bit odd not to be running against the clock to pace myself. I'll need to go get another cheap didgi watch. Thats me till sunday (which means I can have drinkies tonight - yay! ). I'm doing the Cumbernauld 10K next week, so will do a 10K this Sunday to see how it goes time wise.
  9. Right then. Just leaving to go do a long one at Strathclyde park - 3 times round today. This is gonna be hard as I was struggling on yesterdays run. Think I'm needing to lay off for a day or two after this. Cant find my fuppin stopwatch either.
  10. Aww crap, i didnt know there was such a thing. I would save up loogies every day for running past that.
  11. Funnily enough I run right past the front entrance of Ibrox as well Very close to the start of my run, so no flegm built up. The route also takes me past the front of Celtic Park as well. In the interests of fairness I dont gog on them either. Went for a run at lunchtime today (I work in a number of locations - was in Stirling today) - just a 3 miler but I could still feel Mondays long run. I was really blowing oot my arse today on what really should have been a doddle. Will do it again tomorrow.
  12. Ran home from work this evening 8.5 miles and I'm chuffin knackered. Wasnt a very good time (1hr:26mins - pretty poor) but I wasnt trying for speed. Only the second time Ive done it and unlike last time I didnt have to stop. Was also quite hot. Very pleased. 8.5 not bad after a day at work.
  13. No. I like spouting off. Teddy can piss off. He's a treacherous little sack of shit. Fcuk off. B)
