Kelly is a great shout for captain imo. -

If it's any consolation, you have "cherry-picked" a very decent defender from our squad. -

Whilst Dec and Halkett's departures look certain, there is no guarantee that Pittman will leave. He's very settled with us and signed a contract extension earlier in the year. Think Robbo is out of contract but close to triggering an extension clause (unless this has happened already). Brown's loan will end at end of the season. Lawless' contract runs out then too. Not sure about Miller, Tiffoney and De Vita. As far as I'm aware, the rest are signed up for at least another season. -

Sympathy. He is, and always will be, a Livi legend. Bradford are a mess. -

I don't think Dundee have much leverage in that situation given that Kamara hasn't really been putting in the effort with them anyway (says a lot about his professionalism). Rangers will surely value the consistency we can offer Hardie. No guarantee that he will fit in as well at Dundee as he has done here. Anyway, no point worrying about it without any indication that it's happening. -

Difficult for him to get near the team. GHL are a stick on in every game. I imagine that he's there in case someone gets injured. -

Lawson's main value to the team is his versatility. He can come on and replace a number of different positions. The problem is that he's not particularly good at any of them. Sibbald doesn't seem to fit the way we play. He doesn't have as much determination about the way he plays as others in the team. I still think he's a valuable player, however. Maybe needs a bit more game time to find his place. -

To be expected with the level of physicality we play with. -

I actually thought it was a decent spectacle yesterday. Sounds like this article was written before a ball was kicked. -

Anyone know why lamie wasn't in the team yesterday? -

It was intended more as a pool of players to select from than a designated starting lineup, but I realise that that was quite ambiguous from the way I worded it. You could be right about Rafa and Miller. Hope not because I reckon they would definitely add something at this level. -

Totally depends on the opposition. I think the spine of the team is: Kelly Gallagher Halkett Lithgow Byrne Keags Pittman Lamie If we're looking to sit in, press and counter attack break you'd be looking at Lawless, Menga and Robinson If we need to break a team down then Sibbald, Hardie, Da Vita and Miller are better options. The rest are backup, although it sounds like Lawson played well in our last game. -

Agreed. Lamie is class and fits our setup so well. Also a great backup option for centre back -

True, but to come back to the original point, you've lost six and won one and you reckon we're as shite as you. Just wondering what you're basing that on... -

On the contrary, most of us thought that we would be shite in the SPL but we've been alright so far. -

So far, there's very little evidence to suggest that we are just as shite as you. Unlucky Hamilton. Sounded like a close game. -
What's the thoughts on whether or not you'll get relegated this season lads? I've not seen any of your games but it's looking pretty bleak so far. How on earth has this happened to a club of your size and stature?

Dear Falkirk, Please stop. My sides can't take it any more.

Off The Ball - Is it good?

I would say I like it, but only when they stick to football chat. Sadly, the last few times I've listened they tend to veer off a lot and when they do that it becomes a load of boring, self indulgent shite. The best thing about it is that they don't obsess with the OF.
