    That’s me off the phone to NHS111; saying I need to self isolate for 7 days since I have had a headache for two days and my temperature is touching 38, albeit I don’t feel particularly feverish, nor do I have a particularly persistent cough. Washing your hands and using hand sanitiser seems to do f**k all then.

    The sector is already at breaking point due to years of financial cuts. If this virus takes off as predicted it could be utterly devastating. Correct. I'm completely split; people need care, but they also might not need carers bringing the virus into their homes where other vulnerable family members/home-carers live. It's not really possible for me to work from home either so god knows what's going to happen.

    Also I know it’s a cause of concern, but it’s interesting that your body seems to be either breaking down carbs abnormally fast, or just not at all, to the extent that you’re going into a keto state without even trying. Some people have to try really hard to get there. [emoji28]

    Won’t lie, it’s not comfy, but you’ll still manage to get decent breathes. Easier said than done, but try not to concentrate on the sensation of it going into your body. Hope everything comes up clear.
