  1. When he first started yapping it was ok but then went quite cringe worthy, trying to say he only paid money for Stokes to Hibs, John Stewart, Alan Gow and Dean Holden, no mention of fucking wads of cash in wages to the likes of O'Brien, Lovell, etc. Openly hawked himself for the Aberdeen job, just surprised he never mentioned the "fundamentals" and creamed his pants about Aiden McGeady.
  2. He's injured or was think he's only just getting back. Giving him a a two year deal you'll be lucky if he plays half of it. He's made of glass.
  3. I don't see us bringing anyone else in tbh. McGlynn has did well to get rid of the vast majority of shite and brought a few in so it's been a decent window for us.
  4. Agreed. Hopefully Meekison's injury isn't that bad but McGlynn seems to think he's done his hamstring.
  5. He was also part of the squad that downed tools previously. I think I'd be waiting to see what league we are in next season before rushing to offer Nesbitt a contract. Levels.
  6. I think he'll sit on the bench till his contract runs out in the summer, he'll know his game time is limited now. Watson hasn't really done much wrong he's just had a bad injury and there is adequate cover in his position but I think he'll be gone aswell. Williamson too. Nesbitt is the conundrum. Too much water under the bridge and his crap performances outweigh the good. I wouldn't keep him but McGlynn seems to favour him. Whether that changes with the new signings coming in remains to be seen.
  7. I don't think we are done yet, be ideal if the transfer movement meant more in but I think more likely outgoing. Kennedy being the obvious one. As for the starfish reference by my reckoning that's the five signings, Kinnear, Rowe, Allan, Wright and Meekison.
  8. Its more likely to be a nominal fee and/or structured. It's common knowledge we are skint so it's surprising we even paid a fee in the first instance.
  9. I think there will still be a striker to come in. Wondering if maybe there will be any more outgoings ie Malcolm.
  10. Slightly worrying that Nisbet seems Millwall bound from Hibs with Dunfermline getting 20-30% from any up front fee. That could make a massive difference in them being able to get a few players in of decent quality.
  11. I'd be more confident if we sign a striker or two before this, we have however managed to win last couple of games minus Alegria, we seem to have Edinburgh's number though hopefully that continues on Saturday. 2 nil Bairns.
  12. I'd say we need two and McGlynn alluded to that while we still had Alegria he was looking for another striker. I think we need a midfielder still and if Kennedy goes which is heavily rumoured a winger. Will we make four signings what we absolutely don't need is being weaker after the transfer window.
  13. His goals to game ratio in his recent spell at Dundalk is awful. I'd hope he's nowhere near us.
  14. I can't recall McMillan doing much of note scored the odd goal .In fact he was rather shite. Maybe not Wilson levels of shite but still. If memory serves he struggled for game time then went to Dundalk.
  15. Was that the game Jim Bett scored a penalty n Willie Miller was in the refs ear the whole match? Edit to add Miller refereed the whole match.
  16. I'd hope McGlynn has a contingency plan in place that isn't McGuffie.
  17. Airdrie 1-2 Alloa Clyde 0-3 Dunfermline Edinburgh 0-2 Falkirk Montrose 1-1 Kelty Peterhead 1-2 QoS
  18. No. Bar a spell at Alloa where he scored a few goals he's not exactly been prolific at Dunfermline. If we are talking hypothetically about former strikers I'd much rather have McManus back. But that won't happen either.
  19. Cove game off, pitch inspections at Linlithgow and Elgin, haven't saw any mention of one at Alloa.
  20. Just thinking the same. We don't need three keepers especially when we are short up front.
  21. Thought he might have asked about Kennedy's situation.
