I can't recall McMillan doing much of note scored the odd goal .In fact he was rather shite. Maybe not Wilson levels of shite but still. If memory serves he struggled for game time then went to Dundalk.
No. Bar a spell at Alloa where he scored a few goals he's not exactly been prolific at Dunfermline. If we are talking hypothetically about former strikers I'd much rather have McManus back. But that won't happen either.
Big ask for McGlynn to get three or four decent players in if Kennedy is away. Sadly that's the risk you take with loans, if we don't get players in I think we might fall out the playoff picture.
Anyone else think we might make a move for the boy that's just left Dundee. Osei. For no other reason than he's a free transfer and he's a striker which we seem to be struggling to get one in never mind two.
He'll be on too much wages for us. Plus he's been playing at a higher level. If anything he'll end up at somewhere like Ross County with old Roy flinging some dough at trying to keep them up.
If we are to get another striker on loan from Rangers I'd say there's a very decent chance it'll be Weston. I'd probably take him aslong as we could get someone of the same ilk as Alegria.
That's what I thought aswell. Unless it's a permanent deal, be the only way and we are skint. More chance of him signing permanently with Dunfermline if they were prepared to make Niall McGinn an offer before he went to Glentoran.
Think the more pressing issue is getting two strikers in sharpish. At least one minimum before Saturday and who is ready to play. Don't want to run the risk of dropping points in one or two games that we can ill afford because we don't have anything up front. It was fortunate that Nesbitt popped up with two goals on Saturday.
Sneddon signed a loan extension doesn't say how long for but you'd imagine it will be to the end of the season so I'd doubt he'll be seen in a Falkirk strip again.
Probably because regardless of what league Arbroath find themselves in next season there's a contract at the end of it for Hetherington injured as he is at the moment. Low is probably just a stop gap.
If Kennedy and Alegria leave it'll be more like possibly 5 signings this window. We were always needing another striker and midfielder regardless. I just hope by the end of the transfer window we aren't weaker for it.
