    I would recommend the British Legion in Dingwall. Stopped there after a hillwalking trip. Guys so drunk you literally couldn't understand one word. Hilarious trying to chat to them.

    Had to settle for a seat in the Jackie Husband last night as I was too slow buying my ticket. Reason I moved to the JL was the moaners in the JH who are never happy. Still in evidence last night even as we surged forward in wave after wave of attacks. County did well to keep it at 2, they could easily have folded 2nd half but didn't.

    The players didn't over-celebrate at the end. Hopefully 100% on it next Friday. Gutted that I'm up in Skye next weekend.

    Just got home from the best night at Firhill since the Morton game. Why is Sportscene unavailable? I am desperate to relive that. Ayr deserved a goal. We should have had 4 or 5. Ticketing shambles and the shifting of fans at half time could have been even messier than it was. Amateur. But great game. Great atmosphere.

    Just In. Great game. Pretty poor turnout from both sets of fans I thought. Not sure what the official attendance was. Queens Park v. Livingston in the prem would be a major embarrassment for world football

    For me, Pie and Bovril's raison d'être is to make Friday night Championship games semi bearable as the multi-team fan chat is usually way more entertaining than the games.
