I say we was lucky to win today and coming back from a goal down. Even though we have secured the play offs with a game to spare I probably the only negative fan that doesn’t want promoted due to L1 being how it is and look at Peterhead and ourselfs last season rooted at the bottom of it. We still can’t win at Dumbarton also so good thing we got back to winning ways so nevertheless I felt sorry for Albion, you never thought they were bottom either.

If we’re basing on performance.
Greg Fleming - solid and fairly experienced keeper I have been impressed with Annan this season.
Aaron Steele - picking him he is solid and can play right back and centre back for east fife
Greg Buchanan - guy is a magnet at centre back.
Paul McLean - impressed with his form whenever I have seen of him
Sam Denham - best signing we made in the summer and in his first season at East Fife.
Charlie Reilly - Left midfielder is a handful at Albion Rovers.
Matty Yates - at stenny been impressed with him and a player I like see move to us.
Alex Ferguson - probably up there as our play of the year candidate and his assist and goals have been up there.
Tony Wallace - the no nonsense centre midfielder is like a bully you need in the side.
Dale Carrick - hands down
Tommy Goss - a big threat
manager of the year - Darren Young.

Our record away to Dumbarton is atrocious, but I'm not certain an 8-0 defeat could be considered an improvement
Maybe not but your right we’re are atrocious in Dumbarton.

Dumbarton 8 (eight) East Fife 0
We usually lose 5-0 at Dumbarton so losing eight to Dumbarton is improvement, let’s see what team turns up the east fife that skelped Stranraer or same team that travels to Dumbarton and lose.

According to transfermarkt, only Fleming, Walls, and Schiavone are contracted beyond May 2023. Although I'm not sure how accurate that is.
Even at that is a great platform if we are to remain in this league but you never know. our aim is play offs do we want go up not too bothered I rather win games of football and chance win the whole thing see how greig puts his team together in the summer will be interesting. That’s true not too sure either.

anyone know who’s signed up for next season or we waiting in hope we cinch a play off place.
Glad east fife will be playing in stripes again for next season.

Hopefully it’s start of turn around point, fresh sponsors in thanks to the commercial guys and feel good factor back for home games just need a consistency going on the pitch which has been a major factor this season from the off where we beat a team the next week we are back to reality.
forfar have been a side I have been impressed with since they got shot of Irvine it was needed after the last meeting between the sides and you can see when the winner went in today the players were gutted and down on their knees shows their dedication.
though I still reserve about our current manager remains my opinion for the time being though he did sort change 4-5-1 to 4-4-2 a bit to get the winner so I’ll give him that still thinks his clueless judgement and tactical side about being a manager he lacks and is very raw at times shows.

Every game is big looking at the table and teams with games in hand still.

@King Kebab Hows he been for you in general? Out of contract with us this Summer and you'd guess we'd be offering extension but its ominously quiet on that front all round for us just now.
He’ll be the only saint player I want to see next season if he is indeed out of contract despite this saturday recent defeat away to Stranraer. Taylor on the other hand is hit and miss and looks like a school kid with us and has yet to score any goals.

This season was always going be a hit and miss with this squad. Pat a different player to millar deserve to drop out last week but the players who have fillied in need a kick up the backside. Four/five home games left and there’s still a shout of play offs or not but we aren’t good enough as a team we haven’t been all season, so hopefully with the home prices lowered forget this season we charge adults £18 and greig gets his own squad in summer the better the club will be next term in terms of on and off the pitch never mind the ownership…

Lol obsessed.
Kinda glad he left like he did. means the club need buy strikers in and no having to rely on one striker who takes a hissy fit and the urge to get more than one in to build a team.

You missed out did Greig just go 1 4 1 4 1 as well?
Now that's just sneaky.
I have my opinion on our current manager unlike our fan base and the board but I’ll take the points at the end of the day. Just think it’s a dream….we have to put in a winning run to convince me but as you say was it sneaky or just luck I dunno.

Did we just win a home game?
did we just beat Dumbarton and the score wasn’t 5-0.
did we just kept a clean sheet
did that just happen today

. I don't even know if the club let under 5s in for free. Probably £10!
I bring my son from glasgow and he’s charged kids prices for all east fife home games according to the women in the ticket office and he is 4 years old now I bought him a season ticket which irrelevant this season while at Dumbarton he was charged a tenner when he was 3 years old last season and we got humped 5-0 there so never again I’ll stick to the home games bad enough wasting money at this level…

Before Jan posted we’ve signed Aiden Denholm from hearts we’ve signed a player onloan tonight.

This Dumbarton fan doesn’t like the new change he has to buy 1 ticket in advance to attend a football match maybe this should happen @ Dumbarton FC next season and have barcode scan to prove you need buy a ticket.
Jesus Christ.

I guess the signing of Agnew and loan of Quinn is all we’re getting in January… the reality of downhill continues I guess?

Though we can’t sack toro no one wants the job. Hence Crawford was probably ask in similar conversation and he jumped ship midway through the season for a chance full time.
We missed opportunity get someone experienced just have look at other teams round about us doing….

We’re the opposite of Forfar and if it wasn’t for Bonnyrigg we would be bottom with the current form. Whoever believes in this manager your off your head at the moment I feel we’re heading into darkness.
sugarcoating signing Agnew to the fans where I know January is hard but smells of desperation.

Have we not went down this road when davie Marshall was alive and failed? since day 1 we haven’t seen the owners invest in east fife nor been at any of the clubs games. We also tried to bring in new investment that went against us under lee Murray.
2. can we afford to sack McDonald given he got the job because no one wanted it same reason Crawford got it to cover up clubs wrong when teams like Forfar, stenny have been active on club fortune we are siding further as a football club and we sugarcoat the January market to bring in Agnew thinking everything will be rectified between now and end of season.
we are stuck and it’s only January…….

Pleased to see brogan walls get off the bench for minutes on Saturday, we’ve been missing another option apart from slattery in the middle of the park and looked great before his injury so a run of games between now and end of season will do him good.
but 2-0 away to Elgin was great it’s the home form that if we get that good too we will be where we are.0 -

I’m not sure I’d call chucking ungodly amounts of cash trying to climb the leagues “ambition” tbqhwy.
But since chucking cash to climb the leagues I was on about where those clubs were and were in L2 now because they have overtook us. but anyhow I know what your trying to get at me at.
