  1. Only 3 keepers have played every game. Dundee have used 3 keepers. This is a good source. https://fbref.com/en/comps/72/keepers/Scottish-Championship-Stats
  2. He's no a fxxkin plumber. People have paid to watch. Or am I mis reading this?
  3. Won't be sold out but my boy can't go now. If you dm me ( if you know how?) I'll email you the ticket
  4. First half I noticed Thomson was man marking Spencer. He just followed him about the pitch. On a few occasions he was our most forward player as he tracked Spencer right up to the Raith box. This is most unusual for someone that usually plays defensive mid. It seemed strange to see him so far ahead of Jarrett. Second half Thomson reverted to a more usual role (and played the pass of the game leading to the 5th goal) and Spencer was substituted. No mention of Spencer at all from the Raith fans here. What had Owen Coyle seen that prompted this? Did any other QP fans notice Thomson's disciplined dogged compliance?
  5. Outside the box? Yes. Grabbed him to stop him getting the ball? Yes. Red card? Yes.
  6. I am no monarchist and I am absolutely furious that the football has been inexplicably cancelled. I have read and mainly enjoyed everything that you have written on here for a long time. Surely however you regret supporting that 3 letter abomination. I grew up hating both of these 3 letter abominations - it's a big part of why I support Queens park. This is football - is it not?
  7. Away, his hands were in a completely natural position. He was stretching his leg and his arm was outstretched to counterbalance. This is completely natural - especially if he wanted to stay on his feet after making the clearance. See also a similar body shape from a famous James Milner clearance.
  8. I'm sure if you buy a hospitality package or sponsor the match ball, they will let you in.
  9. The minute the club communicate something we start speculating about something else It's why we are here. To forum is to speculate [emoji2]
  10. Hey please continue to challenge my posts. Dialogue is what we are here for. The subsequent posts further make my point. I did think carefully and used the word 'overall' when I talked about offers. Masllow's hierarchy of needs applies to professional footballers as much as it does to the rest of us. I wonder though if you have access to another QP forum because I can't see much evidence of a "cult' following for Simon Murray on this one. He pushed himself to the front of every picture at the Excelsior which is funny and may annoy some but it doesn't make him a bad footballer or even a bad guy.
  11. They will all be off like a shot if they get a better offer. That's professional football for you. All the guys we will be signing will come to us because we made the best overall offer.
  12. Hopefully if it is true it's not for the whole season. Key for me is that we don't cut ticket prices for the armies of away fans that we were concerned about a few pages ago. Maybe a £10 (or so) membership of the QPSA gets you a free bus to Ochilview and a couple of quid off the match ticket price? Apart from maintaining revenue from away fans that would capture more supporter data for future marketing and communications. If that isn't generous enough the £10 could be part or fully redeemable against club merchandise. Season tickets (which I guess will be up around the £300 mark) then get the QPSA membership included. That sort of thing works for me
  13. Hey thanks for the insight and linked info though looking at the link you have rounded Hamilton's 1262 up to 1400 which is generous of you. I understand that there is some COVID impact but let's bear in mind that some of these numbers may include season tickets that didn't actually attend. There will also be a number of complimentary tickets. Let's also consider that Cove won't suddenly find hundreds of new fans so about half the clubs there - including QP can expect home attendances under 2K. Then we have to consider what that would be if a club plays all its home games away from home. What would Arbroath's home attendance be if you were mid table and were playing all your home games at Brechin or Forfar? HD clearly has his tongue firmly in his cheek and Nathan has drawn some reaction however if we can't get into 'big' Hampden then some creative sulutions may be needed to make sure we are not prioritising Dundee and Thistle fans over QP fans. I drive to home games so it doesn't really impact me but I would be sad to be at Airdrie or Stenny or Falkirk in December v Inverness or Arbroath or Cove and there were 900 paying fans there. In the meantime I will of course be keeping the faith.
  14. Ah okay I didn't know that. I thought we could squeeze a few hundred in and maybe get to 1500 or so which is around where some of the current clubs were last season with Killie and Dunfermline in the Championship. Anyone like to hazard a guess at where we might share and what sort of attendances might realistically be achieved there? Not including Hampden of course.
  15. This is where I am at. The temporary facilities can be standing or a mix of seating and standing. Covered or not.
  16. 990 seats is more than Arbroath have. I don't know whether there is an option for some limited standing round the pitch. Notwithstanding I doubt whether there will be more than 990 QP fans at the games so any ground share will either be for financial benefit (How much however would the likes of Killie or Motherwell want to ground share?) Or would it simply be to allow a bigger away support? How much will it cost QP fans to get to Broadwood or Ochilview? For me a capacity of 990 is fine. Let's go home.
