  1. It's rained on and off in Motherwell throughout the day but it's not been anywhere near as bad as Saturday was. I think the pitch will hold up okay tonight, sadly I don't think our team will.
  2. Not too unhappy with this tbh. With our current striker crisis and a bigger game coming up on Tuesday night then playing today in those conditions would have ensured an awful spectacle and a farce of a game. Focus on Tuesday night now.
  3. We absolutely will not win both of this up and coming St.Mirren double header and personally I'd sacrifice Saturday as long as we win on Tuesday night and progress in the Scottish Cup. As has been the case for a while now though, it's difficult to see where goals will come from, this one will either be 0-0 or 1-0 either way.
  4. "And Accies giving a really could account of themselves here, they could be heroes on Pie and Bovril tonight if they keep this up, meanwhile here's Kent playing it to Ariboooooooooo oh he's scored, what a sublime finish it's 2-1 to Rangers".
  5. He probably rates scoring the winner against Barcelona in the Champions League as slightly higher to be fair.
  6. Not that anyone else would have made much difference last night, but again WHY is Sherwin fucking Seedorf still getting game time for us? The guy is genuinely one of the worst footballers I've ever seen and wouldn't look out of place at junior level. He is just so, so bad.
  7. As soon as they scored on the 8th minute that was that and only a question of how many. We didn't actually play too badly, indeed, we probably played alot worse against them 14 months ago on a Wednesday night at Fir Park and somehow escaped with a point that night, but tonight we weren't as fortunate as they were clinical when it mattered. The biggest concern for me is yet again how lightweight we are in the middle and how toothless we are up front.
  8. Bit of a bold lineup that from Robinson. We're going to get absolutely anhilated here, especially if they score early on.
  9. Has he ever actually been 'successful' at Bradford as manager? I know he's obviously a club legend there from his playing days but he always seems to end up back there managing somehow. Still, rather them than us.
  10. Wouldn't surprise me but there's one thing for sure, they won't be getting any red cards, no matter what happens. The last Celtic player to be red carded in a match at Fir Park was Tom Boyd way back in something like 1992 or 1993. I highly doubt that the referee will have any sort of material influence on the outcome on Wednesday night, we won't be at the races and it will be all over by half time.
  11. Our defence is weak and our strike force is non existent. We are getting absolutely hammered here. 7-0 away win.
  12. I am an idiot....and the bold Florian is one of the People.
  13. Enjoying the rage on here about the Kamberi move. i had an inkling this was happening on Thursday morning as I was through in Edinburgh cycling. I was coasting along the Water of Leith walkway and I saw Leeann Dempster, Steven Gerrard and Flo Kamberi on the other side of the river. I slowed down to look but couldn't quite hear what they were talking about but I did see them all shake hands and then saw Kamberi change into some immaculately polished brown brogues so I took from that that he was heading to Ibrox.
  14. Another. ANOTHER fucking winger! What is Robinson's obsession with signing players who "can play anywhere across the front three"? Has he got some clause in his contract that says that he has to sign at least three wingers a season and never sign an actual striker? His record of signing forward players since he took over almost three years ago now is awful.
  15. If it's £1M then you can't really blame the club for accepting it especially given that we're talking about a 19 year old kid who's not actually played a full season for us. However it's still gutting and frustrating that yet again we are losing an up and coming youngster - not to mention someone who is becoming a key player in our first team - after only really half a season of being a regular first team player. I know we're a 'selling club' and all that, but it makes you wonder just what the point is when we're lucky to even get one season out of the players we develop nowadays. In the last year alone we've lost Hastie, McKinstry and now Scott and would have lost Turnbull but for injury. I think also unless we can bring in another striker before the window shuts tonight then we can forget about 3rd place this season.
  16. Good to hear. Changed days indeed, time was we'd have bent over and accepted the first bid from an English club offering anything upwards of £100k.
  17. Tough one for us. Livingston are on decent form just now and having that awful pitch is a massive advantage to them. We've struggled there on our last two visits and were fortunate to draw 0-0 there on the opening day of the season. Hopefully Long is back as he is our main/only goal threat. I think we'll lose regardless, 3-2 home win.
  18. We need another striker badly as our current options outwith Long just won't get us goals. If Tony Watt is available and fit, I'd take him.
  19. That was a good performance overall and a point isn't a disaster. I thought Scott played well but needs to learn to pass the ball and be more of a team player. Mazinga gave us something a bit different when he came on and was unlucky with his effort, it was a great save to be fair. Disappointed not to win but as I said, it was a good performance and a decent result at the end of what has been a good week for us. One criticism today. Sherwin Seedorf. He is utter GARBAGE and easily one of the worst players I have ever seen at Fir Park. He's so, so out of his depth it's painful to watch.
  20. Big test for the front three and will tell us alot about whether they are capable of delivering the goods. This is potentially the big chance for James Scott to prove he can play the 'No.9' role for us.
  21. The incentive is huge for us today, we win and go seven points clear in third if only for 24 hours. This is therefore, exactly the type of game that we fail to deliver the goods in, just like Aberdeen at home, just like Accies at home and just like Ross County at home. 1-0 Hibs.
  22. /\ Can't handle hearing the truth, like the majority connected with Celtic FC. Always the victim, it's never your fault.
  23. What Griffiths did should 100% see him pulled up and done for. Needless to say had that been a Rangers player, particularly Morelos, then the usual suspects would be howling for him to be banned, just as they have been for the past three weeks after his gesture to the Celtic hoardes. Now I wonder what's worse? Gesturing or throwing objects??? Mind you, this is Scottish football, where Celtic and the Celtic minded control the narrative so no doubt Morelos gesturing will be made out to be worse. No surprise to see Celtic pulling the victim card for Griffiths, as they always do when their backs are up against the wall and they need to excuse their players/fans/managers bad behaviour and indeed Victim/Shit-stirrer-in-chief Lennon is doing what he does best, making Griffiths out to be the victim because of 'abuse' he took. I keep saying it, but this is what makes Celtic such a repulsive and vile lot. They act the c**t, wind people up then cry victim whenever someone reacts and their media placemen toe the line and they are made out to have done nothing wrong.
