  1. A nice cool Kronenbourg then a Leffe Legere on my Marseille balcony. Back to normal tomorrow unfortunately.
  2. There really isn't much alternative when it comes to updates and goal news.
  3. Wordle 384 5/6* [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] Went on to do and didn't realise it was after midnight so pissed off whatever streak I had is gone. Anyway, made harder work of this than I should have.
  4. It's the summer recess - the country just somehow runs itself and hopes nothing serious happens.
  5. Agree with the first part but I generally listen when I can't make a game and much prefer OAM to a dedicated commentary and Richard Gordon was very good at pulling that together. I've only really listened when I know one half of the Old Firm will be having a meltdown but the guy Gordon Duncan who hosts Radio Clyde's show always seems professional and balanced and I thought they might have looked at him (probably helps that he's a 'Well fan and Clyde only pretend to have a passing interest in us). Who knows, maybe Clyde pay better?
  6. Wordle 382 6/6* [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] Squeaky bum time.
  7. That looks great. My camera is playing up so I can't take photos but a had a lovely draught Duvel 6,66 followed by a bottle of Le Chouffe to finish off my stay here before moving on tomorrow.
  8. It would appear so. Was it some sort of very veiled reference to Ciftci? Sometimes these subtleties don't come off in writing. If not, please enlighten us. Edit - no idea why the quote hasn't included your reference to mine and Busta's comments and can't be arsed looking into it at this time of night.
  9. I'm sure I heard from a friend (Rangers supporter) many years ago that Rangers had made a contribution and that was why that end was covered. No idea how true that is.
  10. What's wrong with wanting to be excited about the football we're going to be watching?
  11. Thanks guys. I really enjoyed the one I went to before but I think it was late afternoon and it felt a bit odd coming out into the bright sunshine from a basement after a good few whiskies!
  12. You could go for the Cillian Sheridan style bobble. Just make sure to have a spare.
  13. Cheers, looks fantastic. I've been at one of their whisky tastings before (and a cocktail one as well) - I take it from your photo this was a virtual tasting? How well does that work?
  14. If we're spending anything on a player, I don't see it being more than around 50k.
  15. That's a tremendous selection. Do Springbank make Hazelburn? Was there some reason they had 3 out of the 6 you were tasting? A bit of a push from Springbank?
  16. I had one of those on draught last night as well. Tremendous beer.
  17. Wordle 380 4/6* [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833]
  18. I say it helps my sore back. Is there anything more middle age than that?
  19. Wordle 379 4/6* [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833]
  20. A couple from Gallia brewery in Paris. The West Coast IPA (red label) is particularly good.
  21. A McChouffe in the bar earlier tonight. I'm not sure of the Scottish connection other than it being a dark beer, still lovely though.
