He'd be my pick...read something about him being more of an influence with players than just coaching strikers.Hartson willing to put his media work on hold if he gets the manager's job, it would give us someone who knows how things work and able to work round how we want things done. Might be worth taking a punt on him.

Think his contract expired yesterday. I think if there were any doubts in his mind about leaving, we would not have seen that statement yesterday.
He will either have something lined up or be content to bide his time for the right opportunity.
Wishful thinking on my part

I see Shrewsbury have appointed a manager, I wonder if Hoppy will actually get a gig in England. Looks like he is now relying on the Bradford job coming through for him.
Wonder if we'll offer him his post back if he doesn't have any luck...I'm sure he's technically still under contract until the end of the month

A little disappointed at Jacko moving, as suspect as he was defensively I thought he was a fantastic outball on the left and isn't afraid to run at defenders. Good luck to him, hope he does well and doesn't come back to haunt us.

Bare in mind that Gregor Buchanan is out of contract as well. We had up till Saunders, 2 signed CBs
I'd like us to sign Buchanan up again....unlucky to be in a team with Lithgow, Halkett and Gallagher where his first team opportunities were limited.

He'll surely be continuing his broadcasting appearancesBisping was a c**t. Just an absolutely massive c**t. Good fighter though, but I'm glad we won't ever have to put up with his shite again.

Might struggle to get motivated at Ross county with the lack of televised games ????[emoji23]????
There’s no doubt our chances in the play-offs would have been greatly diminished had he not turned up. Case in point being his performance away to United and his cameo at home to Partick. As you say though, he was angling for a move so I can’t say I’m heartbroken like I’d be if Byrne or Halkett were to have moved.0 -

Josh Mullin. Discuss please.
Cracking player when he's motivated...head dropped mid-season after transfer rumours but picked up at the tail end. Doubtful he wont be offered a new contract at Livi and reckon he'd like a shot at the premiership.

Jordan Thompson apparently saying goodbye to Rangers on Twitter. Wouldn't mind seeing him back next season, I thought he was excellent in the play-offs.
Think he was another one who played through a few knocks. Looks good with the ball at his feet and not afraid to play.

What’s Darren Jamieson like?
Plays with a lot of heart...prone to mistakes but a decent shot stopper.1 -

There's been talk about Hopkin to Carlisle for a number of months now...naturally with the season he's having he'll be getting linked to just about every job going. Not worried until an official announcement is made but a bit annoyed that it's out in the press...even if there's nothing in it, theres the potential it'll upset some players

So can I. He apparently owns shares in Morton too - here's hoping the fans backing yesterday shows him where his home is. I think he wants to see through the project with us at least and go from then. He could do a lot better than Morton at very least
The way he spoke on alba at half time of the united game he likes being at Livi and sees us as a great platform to move onto a bigger team...I don't see Morton as a huge step up from us tbh... especially if we go up. Think he's got his sights on England...he seems a pretty ambitious guy

I can see it now, Jack Hamilton scores a last minute header to see us go up v Partick. 0-1 agg score over two legs - instant Livi hero,
Then for us to realise he wasn't allowed to play and it was an admin error on our part and as such forfeit the game [emoji3]
Dinny....just....dinny1 -
Would be the most Livi thing to happen since the Crusader's game [emoji3] It's been a while since we've had a muck up
Hopefully the young lad that was in the papers about his contract is our lot for the season1 -
So was McPake but you wouldn't have called him one after he went into defence.
I wasn't saying he is still a striker but he still carries a goal threat like mcpake did...I see your point about not having another recognised striker as such but we have plenty of goal threats in the team.0 -
Yeah Rafa is another midfielder who can be played up front but a natural striker would be better, and we don't have any outside Miller and Hardie. It is more of a 3 up front to salvage our play offs than replacing one of our strkers, just as a back up if needed, like the goalie who comes up for corners.
Rafa was a striker before he was a midfielder1 -
Jack Hamilton cannot play for us this season. He's already played for 2 other clubs.
Mackin is the only option however I doubt we could register him as a Livingston player out with the transfer window.
Forgot about Jack playing for 2 sides already. Surely mackin is registered as a livi player as soon as his loan ends since he's contracted to us0 -
I've been thinking about our lack of options up front going into these play offs games, Miller and Hardie have been superb and we've benefitted from having a settled front pair, but say we needed to throw everything at it for a goal to take it to extra time, all we have as other options to go on as a striker are Cadden, Frizzell and Robinson, who are all midfielders. Jack Hamilton has scored 8 goals in 16 appearances for Berwick Rangers, I know it is 2 divisions down but the lad is full of confidence and def knows how to score goals, might be worth having him on the bench just in case we needed to throw on a third striker in a last ditch effort to salvage our play offs. Wouldn't hurt to have a back up plan.
The only other option I can think of would be Mackin, but he's not scored a goal for Brechin and confidence is a big thing for strikers.
I'm really excited about seeing Hamilton play for livi but it's a huge step...mackin has shown he knows where the net is and has scored a few important goals for us already...we have goals throughout the team though so I wouldn't say we have a lack of options.

With Ladd missing weight, Smith chooses not to fight, with it being Smith's last fight on her contract the UFC pay her show money and choose not to re-sign her.
Got to think she would have expected that...maybe of the "get paid, get out" mindset?
