In fairness I do agree re not needing a patter merchant etc - I was more meaning he doesn't inspire faith in me that he can do anything positive for us. I'm probably dwelling on the QP result the other week too much but if that's how we play against a relegation rival in a must win game then I'm not expecting much from him. I'd imagine the board will keep him on regardless of us going down, I'd love to be proven wrong.

I think we should be looking to keep a core team of: Gats Steele TOB Slater Goldie McKenna McIntosh Jacobs Stewart Stowe Norey Lyon Bird I think we will lose to EF/will just leave but want them to stay: Hammy Little Adams Anyone else is either on loan or we should be looking to punt imo - maybe harsh on Delaney given he's been injured the whole time he's played for us. Everyone else McIntyre has signed is gash. I also think we should cut our losses with McIntyre - I don't think he'll keep us up and I have no faith that he'll get us promoted next season. Has about as much charisma as a fire at an orphanage.

Has to be Cove surely. One season in the league, f**k all fans even for Highland League standards, never been in the top flight, tinpot ground in the middle of nowhere. Like even though Gretna are technically a smaller team the impact they had on Scottish football is massive - if you say “doing a Gretna” or similar everyone knows what you mean. They even made a cup final and are generally just a laughing stock. Cove is just somewhere Aberdeen fans go when their big team plays away - a total non-entity of a team.
