  1. Deadlifting is something I have simply never mastered the technique, to the extent that I've just stopped doing it as you look like a total idiot and you get no benefit from it anyway. Should really get some PT advice or something on the best way to do it.
  2. I'd agree with you, the Granola is more of a convenience before work over making a more decent breakfast everyday. Weekends I'm always back on the eggs etc.
  3. Come across this a lot when I'm out running. End up often having to run roadside of the bus shelter to get past the c***s as they are normally fixated on their phone, completely unaware of what's going on.
  4. Never been a fan of porridge although everyone raves about it. Have thought about changing to it but no point eating something you don't enjoy. I currently switch periodically between high protein granola or an omelette with some avocado on the side.
  5. I tolerate a lot of shite TV but I put my foot down when my wife suggested we watch that pish.
  6. 4 hours cunto Right, it's done. I don't particularly like it, it has less charm than God does.
  7. Daily Record already discussing potential kick off times for our apparent cup draw against Rangers. Slight flaw there.
  8. Someone’s on the ball. I’ve admittedly given this very little thought.
  9. Is it not more that these phrases are overused as opposed to never making sense? Knowing your best XI is generally quite important in any successful team, no? Obviously it’s important to have squad depth and the ability to rotate the team but ultimately you want an element of consistency of selection/performance to be successful, particularly in a league competition. Managers chopping and changing the team significantly every week tend to be less successful.
  10. Of course. I am a fair man. Thank you. Feel under pressure now. It's on the shortlist.
  11. Its hard to take you complaint about user name seriously when you have full control of your avatar and thats the best you can do. Posts like this is why God continues to be my avatar.
  12. My username. When I first signed up to P&B I assumed I'd do what I've done on other message boards and post a few times, get bored and never do it again. So I put zero thought into username. I enjoy P&B a lot hence I have stuck around. However, I am reminded everyday of just how shite and boring my username is.
  13. It really was horrendous. Just the cringiest pish ever produced. It really felt like an admittance that Scottish football was an utter joke. Thank god it got emptied relatively quickly.
  14. Sorry, I'm off tomorrow and killing time at work. That was, admittedly, a poor attempt at humour.
  15. Expect the Sun to run with this tomorrow. SOURCES close to Jackson inform us...
  16. Probably burnt a few hundred calories doing my nut in at pittodrie last night.
  17. I know that ETA -it was in response to the comment that the atmosphere contributed to the referees decision. There's a coming together and the home fans go nuts, referee is influenced. My point was that without having even seen it I could tell the outcome based on what I was hearing. Obviously once you see it the decision is a nonsense anyway.
  18. I think this is true. Sam Cosgrove's red card at Ibrox being case in point. I listened to that game live on the radio and when it happened you could hear the outrage from the stands at whatever had happened, and having already been booked you just knew the second yellow was coming, that was without even having seen it. I do believe that if that happened at Pittodrie then it's not a red card.
  19. Reminds me of a certain football club in Scotland
