I'm sober and I stick by what I typed. The thing is, I'm not saying that it absolutely is feasible to stay where we are. I'm just saying I'd like to see some better evidence that they've explored fully the option of doing so. Especially if the alternative now seems to be moving so far away from where the club belongs.

At no point has anyone produced any conclusive evidence that Pittodrie can't be redeveloped. No feasibility study or any other kind of detailed report has ever been produced. All we've had is the club saying "nah, can't do it, too expensive, we'll need to move to a combined stadium and training facility even though pretty much no other club in the world has deemed it necessary to combine the two". And we've swallowed it. At the same time, the club's principal asset has been allowed to run to ruin. And people like shiny new things. It's been a real eye-opener for me just exactly how quick Aberdeen fans are to blindly accept everything their club tells them. We're no better than Rangers fans IMO.

Utterly bizarre. Why couldn't they just tell him - eat normal food, nae c**t is trying to poison you? Or something along those lines.

However our home support is a bit pish, and IMO will get even worse after we move outside Aberdeen. But yay, it's next to a fkin road and all the seats will be red (or whatever nonsensical positive spin the Dons fans are putting on it this week).

I'm fortunate to have watched a few games from the Wing Stand in the 80s. The view was pretty good as I recall. At that time the away fans were in the Beach End - I have a distinct memory of peering down over the wall at United fans, seemed like a long drop to a kid but it probably wasn't. Another time I was in the Wing Stand, God scored a rare goal against Falkirk while I was away for a pish. F**k Westhill BTW.

That would be tricky. A year by definition is a unit of time, rather than a solid physical entity, and as a result it would very difficult to land a meaningful punch on one. I suppose he could kick f**k out of a 2016 calendar, but that would surely be nothing more than a futile gesture.

I can see both sides. It's good that she's trying a new skill and it'll no doubt help her to get some constructive feedback on it. On the other hand, it's fucking shite and she should have recognised that.
