Agree with most of that. New Farm haven't came on and blew their own trumpet, others looking at league tables for last few years have. The step up is massive. Look at Kilbride and the old Hurlford Ams side? They flew through the league's, I think I am right in also saying Hurlford Ams also had an undefeated season that keeps getting brought up? Now I stress this is my opinion again but the old kilbride and Hurlford sides were far better than the current new farm side and neither got anywhere near second. Think fourth was the closest they got. I'm not slating them by any manner of means and just like I do all clubs, wish them the very best but I am also a realist and try too speak honest truth on here. A lot of people have built new farm up for an almighty fall imo

So that's me having a go is it? It's stating the obvious that's all. So far they have lost too West Kilbride and nithsdale, drew with Drongan and if they play the form side Mauchline tonight. Now a team with they results are hardly going too be a force or challenge HT in any way. As I said I am not having a go, just making a pre season observation as we all do eh?

I asked you too show me an occasion when I did and you could not so stop suggesting i have and putting words in my mouth. I am stating a fact here and also included the word unfortunately as I, like most of Ayrshire i am pretty sure, would like Shortlees to still be challenging HT as quite frankly no one else has the potential to do so my own team included. Shortlees achievements have been fantastic and I would never try take that away from them or play them down. I also don't need them sung too me in a novel off a post as I am only too aware of them. Meggat is a class act. The boy marr was decent first half but when Caddis got him 1 on 1 in the second he struggled. Keir Knapp needs to work on his fitness as at the moment he looks out his depth at this level. Darvel will stroll their league this season and future looks bright for them

Could not agree more. I know more information about the Glasgow leagues than I do my own! All the Ayrshire committee are good at are dishing out suspensions and fines. Only league who would even think about putting a suspension through before one of their teams appeared in a Scottish cup final. No other league would do that. Apart from the very start of the season you get your fixtures on a weekly basis and can't prepare for anything. The website and social media are an absolute shambles

Every neutral would love too see someone else winning premier but I just don't see it happening this season. Ardeer are a good side but over the course of a season can't compete with HT. They could possibly take points off them as they did last year but won't win the league unfortunately. Imo the only club that might push them all the way is Glenburn

Some clubs don't have the luxury of picking and choosing who they sign. Sometimes is just about getting players in in order too get a team on the park
