Quite true , a couple who left would have made a massive difference to this team with their leadership and commitment levels , still think we should have appointed another coach , McCall always worked with 3 ( including goalkeeping coach ) and at one time actually had 4 , where as Kerr ( or club) decided to stick with the 2

The players were never asked in advance of manager being announced , this was players asked in private after appointment by sources outwith club ,

Agree with you on the mate part , it really is tough to step into that position , I personally think we needed a no nonsense type coach to support him

All the senior players were very happy that Kerr got the job , obviously not worked out the way planned , but at the time of appointment it was seen as a good move by senior players , no one could have foreseen what was going to happen

On top of all that HE was the manager that a Kerr managed team pumped out the Scottish Cup , it’s obvious that Ferguson was the main man in that management partnership going by his promotion within the club , if we change manager , the next one will need some time as I would think he will be the manager who has to meet the chairman’s ambition of getting us into Premiership within next 4 seasons ,

I am in same boat as you , we are not performing to our capabilities in too many games , there must be some underlying issues that are not getting dealt with , something needs to change

I have no intention of polishing any turds thank you , just happen to be a half full cup sort of guy , in my career I had to deal with lots of underperforming managers and chose a number of times it better to support them and give them time ( worked for the greater majority )rather than slate them and show them the door too early , does not take away the fact that things are not to standard at moment and possibly the guy needs support from someone else ( ie a mentor or another coach)

I say what I think when emotions run down , not like a number of the panic merchants on here , thanks for thinking of me , here is my opinion , I think Kerr will be Ayr manager next season ,

This is all down to Inverness supporting Hearts financially when they were in trouble , Hearts fans have done as they are all getting a signed ticket from their hero John Robertson , over 8000 of the tickets have been bought by away fans

Based on the 2 previous players ( Jones and Edmundson) getting 7 and 9 game suspensions, I would feel that all those players named will be very lucky to take part in any further games this season
