Always been baffled Darren Young keeps getting linked with bigger teams. Mid table to bottom half finish consistently, surely you lads should be doing better than that. Is this the end finally for him at East Fife?

Pretty even game there. Thought we dominated first half, should of been 2 or 3 up. however second half was abysmal from us. sloppy defending allowing Elgin in to score, Gary won’t be pleased with that given he prides himself & the team in defensive areas. thought there was two shocking challenges, Archie Thomas for us, thought he should have been off for his lunge, looked a bad one from where I was standing. Russell Dingwall’s challenge was another shocker from where I was, think his was maybe more merited to the yellow he received. Just trying to stop Grant Anderson on the break. Thought the referee was abysmal for both sides. overall happy with a point at a tough place to go. onto Stranraer at home next week.

Looking forward to this one. expect it to be a tough challenge, but I’m sure our lads will be up for it. 2-1 Forfar away win that’ll do nicely.

Was a bit baffled with Kelty taking off Joe Cardle at 2-2. he was definitely a handful for our defenders and was pulling all the strings second half. was pleased when he went off however. Was absolutely gutted when Nathan Austin came on, just knew he was gonna come on to score.

Very enjoyable game this. Kelty aren’t as good as their bank balance spending suggests..

excited to see how this game pans out tomorrow. expect it to be quite exciting. two teams that are good going forward, will be interesting to see if we cancel each other out. wary about our defence, although we’ve kept 6 clean sheets in 7 games which is remarkable.

Was quite impressed with Craig Thomson today as well. Looking good going forward, still a bit wary about our defence. also If slater picks up an injury, not really sure who can fill in for him.

Decent performance today from the boys. Slater’s a class act in the middle. Another penalty miss…. Who’s next on the list of takers?

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this potentially being the squad that we start the season with? very wary defensively, although some decent players there. 3 of them are coming back from long term injuries. we need a proper left back signed. middle of the park looks good providing they can stay injury free. biggest worry for me however is where we’re gonna score goals from again this season.

Thought he was decent on the ball, and could beat his man & delivery was good. I mean you could sit and say that about a lot of players last season what did they actually do for us? the whole season was abysmal. Just think Scally could have offered something going forward this season.

Daniel Scally turned down his contract, a bit disappointed with that, thought he would be a very good option for us in league two. all the best to him wherever he ends up!

Never really got a chance when on loan at us to be honest. hard to judge as nearly everyone last season was rank rotten, hence why we got relegated.

I think it is season ticket only. however we just announced a pay per view to watch the stream for the Dundee game this Saturday, so assuming that goes well I’d imagine they’d offer it for the cove game also.

In they 6 season he was rarely a starter. he played a lot this season due to injuries in etc. he’s a good squad player, he’ll run all day for you, but hes not quite good enough. just my opinion, I’m sure other people will have other opinions on him however. guess you can wait and see and judge for yourself

That’s Murray found his level I think. Not good enough for the higher leagues, he’s a decent enough squad player but he’s never gonna be a real threat or create much chances.

Yeah totally. I’d have had him at Forfar in a heartbeat. spartans have done well getting a striker of that calibre
