  1. Anyone else remember the poster from Japan who didn't support a Scottish club but would follow Colin Nish around defending and supporting him, hope they have recovered from him being sacked at Cowdenbeath
  2. Correct, that was never in dispute. I quoted someone saying a ref would never start the game until all 22 players are in position, this is not the case.
  3. Yes, being off the field of play won't be included - I'm sure either England or one of their opponents tried it in the Euro's. ETA going by media reports it's not allowed at international level but occasionally has been at club level seems a very clumsily worded rule. As others have said it was Ayrs restart so what Coley thought he was doing getting involved I don't know also why the Ayr players reacted so badly is strange because surely they could just tell Moff not to kick off
  4. Have you ever met a Scottish football fan? 14 years is nothing there are fannies still raging about the events of 1690!
  5. Simply not true the game can restart when the opposition players have left their opponents half, including to celebrate, so games can restart 11 Vs 2.
  6. How often do you hear him commentating on other games? That just his style of commentating and is exaggerated by the way Celtic play (lots of chances, shots, corners)
  7. I would rather have Martin and Edwards in at LB than Longridge
  8. Yes the kick out, wtf is the point of the linesman he was watching the players he must have seen it or does the think the Ayr player slips? Paton is very lucky. I think he missed the keeper fouling Nesbit which is in the Pars highlights and in fact beyond flagging when the ball went out of play he was a very poor assistant.
  9. The linesman was in line with it with a clear line of sight he must have thought it was a fair tackle, somehow.
  10. Need to see it at a quarter speed to judge, the linesman at that side of the pitch must have seen paton's kick and judge it not to even be a foul what a man. He was absolutely awful so I'm not surprised.
  11. Scottish clubs highlights acting as VAR is probably my favourite thing, looking forward to seeing the Ayr United keeper flatten Nesbit at a quarter speed and then the wee fanny get into a stupid fight to keep a hold of the ball.
  12. Good win today, hopefully can put some more results together and get ourselves out of the arse end of the table. But more important than league form with just about every tie in the Scottish cup being won who are we after in the next round, I would gladly take any league 2 or below team away for the trip. Hopefully steer clear of Raith and Falkirk.
  13. Dundee united fans to find the pilot and banner the Hearts fans were so fond of and fly it over as either the Pars or United run out 3-0 winners
  14. Good battling performance today good to see us come back from 2-1. Ayr got lucky with the first goal but the second was a good goal, defence sat off him a bit too much for my liking. Turner looked poor today I think he should have been off at half time for Beadling. Kiltie Dow Ryan and Nesbit looked good today hopefully the break in the season has given then some time to gel as that front three should cause loads of bother and I think we saw that today. Ayr look decent with the ball but a bit of a gang without it number 2 jumper with his arm round the neck of Ashcroft twice and gegan lost the plot at the end. However we are on a decent enough run of form, take something from Dundee United and we are looking up. The 1st quarter is over now and we can afford another like it.
  15. Yeh it was only 10 mins, the police have dealt with them pretty quickly tbh. There was a longer delay shortly after the protestors were clear of the roof due to 2 assaults at the station.
  16. I didn't assume that however very few businesses would be seriously financially hit due to a 10 min delay to their journey. Care to explain? I don't think explaining what my experience of 0hr contracts makes me being full of myself. Only that a good employer would be happy to accommodate minor disruption out with the employees control and I'm my experience most employers are happy to do so - others have shared their experience I felt it was reasonable to share mine.
  17. When I worked a 0hr contract I didn't get penalised for being late due to transport disruption. This is bread and butter union or management relationship stuff it can be easily managed and is nothing like changing your life completely.
  18. No-one pays a road fund licence if their vehicle has no emissions. Many have insurance and licence plates would require a redesign of bikes. Other than that great idea m9
  19. Depends if you would be willing to go play in Dunfermline on Sunday night and you not being a great player. I'm not playing this Sunday and we usually play anything from 6's to 8's. I will add that there isint much of a social aspect beyond the football so might not be what you are after.
