Have I missed something, do Dundee not have covers?

Jesus christ, its a football forum where people express their opinion and moods, dont have to agree all the time. Maybe its his/nature to be positive.

It's not a penalty for me, the highlights clear it up A draw was a fair result, just a pity losing a goal to that and we defended the second one very poorly.

Stewart is the best right back from our available squad at the minute. He has been out for quite a bit time so not easy.

Good away performance in tough conditions. Would have taken a point before game. That’s 5 from Raith, Dundee and Ayr, just need to sort our home form out.

He's also been and probably still is a better manager than some of the utter diddies that Raith have had in charge over the last few years. Locke, McKinnon, Smith to name a few. If he keeps us up this season, I think it may be time for us to move in another direction, ironically, if he takes us down I would 100% keep him, seems a bit strange to say that. There's no doubting the job he has done at Arbroath from where he has taken us has been phenomenal. Hopefully he can turn this season around but we need to get a momentum going, seems to be one step forward two steps back.

He has saved us so many times and a big reason why we have done so well in recent years but he is at fault for 2 there at least, really poor

Not sure Hamilton are breathing down any necks. They must have lost something like 6 or 7 in a row. Cant seem to score a goal for love or money. We're shite but not as bad as them.

Some of the reaction to signings at times is a bit embarrassing. I seem to recall the signing of a certain Michael McKenna being chastised on here for days so suppose I shouldn’t be surprised. Another midfielder seems a bit much but I have a feeling we won’t see much of Tait or Allan and wouldn’t be surprised if one or both move on and having Balde and Hertherington puts an end to the Low coming back talk. Hetherington seems to have been poor at Falkirk but was always a very good player at Alloa in this league so certainly knows what it takes to get out a championship relegation battle. Hoping he does well. im convinced we’ll add another striker but we only play with one, Adwarka, Hilson with now Dow, Bobby and El Mhanni we’re looking far better in the forward areas The other thing that’s good is we are getting things done early in the month which was badly needed.

The average points total to finish 8th over the last 10-15 years is around 35 points although there has been a couple of seasons that 40 was needed. I think we need to be aiming at around 38 to be sure. That would require another 6/7 wins out of 18 as we will inevitably pick up a couple of draws having had 8 already this season (the most of any team in league) Distinctively achievable but would need to reach Monday's level of performance more often that not.

Will be interested to see how he gets on there. Hopefully gets a run of games anyway.

Too many stupid shouts to change manager etc after QP game and now people getting carried away after one win. The key is not to get too high with wins and not to get down with setbacks.

Always find it interesting that people that watch the same games see it so differently. Think Bitsindou has been pretty good, with Saturday being his best game.

I’m confused , he came back where? He’s at Kelty. I don’t see Low coming back when we have about 6 midfielders if you include Jacobs. Time to move on and focus on players who are here and want to be here.

So where are you playing Gold and McKenna who were good yesterday, and where are you playing Tait, Balde and Allan?

Low wanted his move to Morton on his doorstep, we quite rightly blocked it and he spat his dummy out and probably tried to force it through and ended up at kelty. Not sure we need this type of attitude when we’re fighting at the bottom for every point. With Allan and Tait back soon, we really don’t need another midfielder.

One of the worst results in Dundee’s history is a wild shout, can’t blame the keeper for goals 3 and 4 surely. Some of you lads been on Grampa’s old cough medicine today.

A brilliant win. Superb performance all round. Pleasing Special mention to Scott Stewart who worked his balls off having not played much football.

Looked a mistake from Derek for the goal. Seems to save his mistakes for Dens Park! Much more like it from us, new signings impressive but have to take the game to Dundee. Can’t sit off and invite pressure.
