Would imagine the location would play a part for Shanks, think he lives up that way. I think he should have been given more of a chance aswel, at least a run of games anyway. Saying that not convinced he is at championship level.

Ian said at one of the Q&AS that we did everything we could to keep Hamilton and Henderson but they both wanted to be full time. I was surprised championship teams didn’t have a look at both players. Henderson would’ve been good this season but he couldn’t get a run in the team consistently because Low and Hamilton were so good. Good to see him Doing well

Worth noting his goals have come against teams like Bonnyrigg Rose and Albion Rovers, there is a huge jump in class between the two leagues. That said he is better than some of the "strikers" we have seen this season. I think Hester is playing at the right level, possibly could do a job in league 1

Looks like a 3 horse race now, Inverness and Raith would need to lose nearly every game. All teams have 9 games left with everyone to play once, we have both Accies and Cove at home. Cove seem in the poorest form and are shipping more goals with ourselves and Accies a bit more solid defensively but cannot score goals for love nor money. Who survives, enters play offs, goes down?

Watching it back I thought Yassin did quite well, carried us up the park on a few occasions and got in narrow to our shape when they had the ball, think we changed him at the right time but probably would've stuck Stewart on for Dow at the same time. Bobby looked very dangerous when he came on, even when that diddy Komolafe kept running into his space. Stewart wasnt on for long but he wasted possession a few times.

What a lot of shite from you as usual. We scored more goals and won more games than anyone last season. And if a manager signs two good players that is now lucky but he’s a numpty if the players then don’t work out???? Deary me. DC got a lot wrong this season and hasn’t covered himself in glory at all but people have short memories.

The problem is we have had a bunch of strikers now who don’t even look remotely like they’re ever going to any sort of scoring run, Isiaka, Shanks, Hilson, Olosanya and now this guy Alomfaye. I’ve seen some even mention Donnelly who was absolutely ridiculed on here for never scoring. Someone in the mould of Nouble, jack Hamilton or Anton Dowds would’ve had us about 10 more points because there’s really nothing wrong with the rest of the team. Some of the January signings have been great, Banks did well last night and delighted with Balde and Hetherington. Just watched the red card incident, absolutely criminal. Hopefully we appeal it. Also, Ryan Dow who had ran himself into the ground for 80 odd minutes was right in the centre of the pitch when getting substituted and he made him walk right to the other side and all the way round the pitch , that’s just being a p***k for no reason

The fact that we just fought like f**k for 70 mins against 11 men and pulled a point out the bag. Think Dick knew what he was doing with the red card. It stifled the game when Accies were getting control and momentum. if you can’t see the players were fighting for the club tonight to stay up and give them a bit credit then I give up.

Proud of lads tonight. If we’d had 11 on the pitch , we win that no doubts. some very good performances and our spirit and shape/organisation was excellent . Very confident we finish above Hamilton based on that. if only we had a striker. Deary me
