I'm not sure if I should go to my local for the 4th night in a row or walk a bit further to the second closest pub. Had 6 or 7 pints each of the last 3 nights and fear they'll think i'm a proper jakey if i go again

In 2017 the fixtures were announced on 29th June. What I mean is when is it announced when each round will be played, when the midweek rounds are etc

@German Jag Another fixtures based question for you, if you wouldn't mind. In December, the BL/DFB announced the vague outline of the 18/19 season. Start date, winter closing, end date etc but do you know when they actually announce the exact match day dates? Tried looking back to find last year's announcement but couldn't find it.

You turned up in a large group and when asked what team you supported by a group of hooligans/ultras and replied 'West Ham' or similar. It's not particularly hard to understand why you had the experience you had. In my one jaunt to Union Berlin I went as an away fan to see Duisburg and had absolutely no issues. That's the one. The bar staff were great and upon realising I was actually Scottish I got a free drink.

I was only there for two days as part of a month long tour of Canada. Stayed right by the Parliament building and didn't venture too far from there. The museum across the water was brilliant. Stumbled across a 'Scottish pub' by the big shopping complex and went in for one because they had an offer for Tennents.

Please forgive my ignorance. I was in Ottowa last summer for a few days and couldn't believe how nice it was. I'd always assumed it was a sort of Canberra/Brasilia effort, built to appease other cities because a capital couldn't be agreed upon.

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of my then girlfriend's mother walking in on us as I was ball deep in her daughter above the covers. Happy New Year all

For all the fuss about passports, is it not likely than unless you wish to move to another for country for work (which I'd suggest the vast majority of people don't) the most travel based inconvenience you'll be caused is at worst having to fill out a visa application on line before a holiday or using the non EU passport line?

People who like any sort of 'expanded universe' stuff with regards to Star Wars and the like. VL's at best, ones for watching at worst
