For example, got these sitting on the transfer list atm, but not for sale. I'll take them back into the club once I use their dupes in an SBC. Usually sit with anywhere up to 10-15 like this.

Rumours on twitter that 3 new league SBC's are dropping soon. Belgium, Mexico and Scotland. Had the whole SPFL done, then chucked them all in the upgrades.

Can confirm that Lainer is an absolute beast btw, you need him if you run Bundes. Also played with that Belotti card for the first time last night, very nice, and that US cb Opara is a fucking monster, up there with Van Dyke imo.

You're basing all this on the current set up though. It stands to reason that in a bigger league and playing each other less often, Aberdeen (for example) would have a better chance. They'd be swapping fixtures at Ibrox, Parkhead, Easter Road, Fir Park for fixtures at Morton, Ayr, Partick, Dunfermline.

My preference has zero chance of happening, but a man can dream. 2 x 16 team leagues then 2 x 20 north/south conferences. 30 game season, 2 up 2 down, 3rd and 4th in championship play off to meet 3rd bottom in a one off promotion game. League cup reverts to 32 team knockout. Challenge cup ditched. New cup tournament added for each of the 2 top leagues, 4 groups of 4 home and away fixtures. Winner only to progress. Group draw structured to give an extra 2 OF games, 2 Edinburgh / Dundee / Lancashire / Ayrshire / Renfrew / Fife etc. derbies.

I'm all for a permanent reconstruction of Scottish football btw. Something that benefits and has input from all stakeholders, including fan groups. If this saves Hearts then so be it. Some back of a fag packet, temporary fix to prevent one club spending one season in the Championship can get straight in the fucking bin.

I'm far from happy with this decision. Ending the league early is an absolute travesty that only benefits one side - Hearts. Fans of the other 41 league sides are being short changed, the opportunity to watch St. Mirren go to Tynecastle after the split and relegate Hearts properly has been cruelly ripped away from thousands of fans across Scotland. It is with great reluctance and a heavy heart that I accept these proposals.
