I don't think the fine detail is out but essentially it involves the introduction of colt teams in the SPFL. There is a biggish thread on the league 2 forum.

I consider the introduction of colt teams would demean the league. I won't attend any match versus a colts team, including cup matches. This allied to other recent admission changes will mean the purchase of a season ticket will no longer makes economic sense. The conversion of any diehard regular to a 'might come/might not' customer would be extremely bad news for a club. Over to you AFC.
