  1. The fact you’re siding with an ex chair who’s threatening your club with legal action tells us all we need to know about you.
  2. Listen, if only those Brazilians had got their fingers out then we would be flush with cash rn Was it not Chinese?
  3. Why don’t you just go back and do what you’re told
  4. There is a couple of financial updates on the club website. We ran at a loss the last 2 years and would have made a loss again if not for the Celtic game. The playing budget will be smaller next year and there is a £50k shortfall that the fans need to fill. Won’t stop the usual suspect and his minions ignoring stated facts and saying we should be storming the league.
  5. Whether the club is a social enterprise and whether some stand on the side of an ex chair or the club, I’m more interested that there appears to be no notion of a conflict of interest ? A chairman - not chasing for a return of personal investment- but for work or in this case food. That seem right?
  6. Duffy steadied a very unsteady ship at The time when he was Clyde manager and doesn’t get anywhere near the respect or credit for our play off season. Same with Mcluskey. having said that , wouldn’t swap any of the two of them for what we have now. we dominated today and treated today - possibly for the first time - like we were playing a team in the top half of the table. An attitude that has been sadly lacking up until today. Dumbartom play to their strengths but even their most loyal of fans would admit they take a pragmatic approach. Budgets will be similar but - biased perhaps- I think we have a better manager and more exciting player’s
  7. An absolute imposter and shitebag. Still think he’s punching above his weight at his new level
  8. Interesting to see what constitutes a tangible fundraiser.
  9. Or there was none planned or booked so commercial decision was made to try and do something different ?
  10. Woukd a golf day cover a sporting director cost wise ?
  11. Just the way of the world . Many feel they have the right or entitlement to say what they want, just makes for a very toxic environment. it’s also a free country and criticism comes with the territory. So at the risk of Mr Lang not coming back - his agent needs to grow a pair !
  12. At least you have some background and interaction with a David. Your fellow “fan” can’t even make up a derogatory version of the family name without a spelling mistake. it’s like Gary with two R’s ffs!
  13. Referee had a chance to set a marker on game by booking Brown for his challenge on Goodwillie. Yellow all day long. He then failed to stop the game for a head knock straight away and added on no time 1st half when there was time list for ball boys not getting a ball that was possibly 3 yards off the park . No quality in the first half summed up by the goal courtesy of Cuddihy failing to do anything to stop a relatively straight forward cross. Lack of quality continued in 2nd half with Peterhead content to sit on their lead despite having an enormous advantage with wind. The few chances we created found us dallying on the ball and opportunity was lost. Then for the first time in the entire game Rory expertly set up Brown to win the game. Despite the early bad challenge by Brown it was hardly a dirty game until Ferry needlessly lunges at Grant - who then got punched and booked. Yes really. Mcniff then got a deserved yellow for the games third bad tackle. Ref didn’t cost us game , but was dreadful. a better/less injury ravaged team would have comfortably beat Peterhead , and that’s not sour grapes but more a comment on how Mcinally is an awful manager . Sitting back with that wind could have cost your team 1 or 3 points today and his ineptitude May cost you dear.
  14. Agree with this 100% especially Lamont , who either excels or just plain hides. maybe he’s injured - but not privy to insider info
  15. Which is great, hope nobody described it as ridiculous. To suggest any funds raised is that looks very much like a personal attack, as the programme reference appears to be.
  16. Have to agree with your sentiments that it’s hardly ridiculous, and a very handy sum raised. Seems like cfcuk has a bit of a Hardon for any volunteers and anything they do. Perhaps he should step up and do better - only the club can win oh wait
