  1. I see Copa90 covered this game last night, with Ethan running out comfortable victors.
  2. Brilliant result for Lazio, first half they were very good on the eye again. Inzaghi once again showing how tactically astute he is. Doing a brilliant job so far.
  3. New series out in October. Lee Hendrie talking about Steffan Postma had me in tears, had to pull over when driving home from work.
  4. Not a hope in hell, when at Barnet he often went missing for games up North, citing he had coaching courses and would have his assistant take charge. He was seen stumbling out a Casino in London in the early hours and was well and truly rumbled. Don't like Freedman, just seems desperate for any job. McLaren would genuinely be a very good manager for us, but I doubt we have that sort of money,
  5. Yeah not difficult at all, easy ground to get to from the station as well. Off to watch Truro V Welling this weekend, nice to have some competitive football to watch.
  6. My girlfriend said it's ok to have a 3 inch penis. But I'd still prefer she didn't have one.
  7. I watch Bournemouth play Wigan there, when Derek Holmes led the line for Bournemouth. Think he was on loan from Ross County. Had a long chat with him, and he got us free tickets. Decent fella.
  8. On the upside there is an incredible amount of fandan on show. Also one of the best Pie&Mash houses in Greenwich, Goddards just on the corner of the market.
  9. I wouldn't be at all surprised if that situation happened for the time being, unless they already have someone in mind, and I really don't think they will. Realistically, think this season is going to be another flop, however I am glad they have acted now, rather than leave it too late.
  10. Lovely place to be staying mate, can easily waste a day in Greenwich. The park is well worth exploring, it is massive, plenty of shops nearby that will sell footballs etc so could have a kick about. Obviously have the Greenwich Observatory, which might well be too much for a young child, but the building itself should capture their imagination. If not there is always an ice cream van across from it. Greenwich Market is excellent, some lovely food. Can fully recommend Ruby's Of London, usually Ruby running it, comes across as a French twat, but those cakes are worth her insufferable shite. Trying to think of a play park, but nothing comes to mind, could well be something in Greenwich Park though. From the market you can always hop on the DLR and go up to the likes of Heron Quays, walk to Canary Wharf and get a tube to London Bridge etc.
  11. I see Juventus had a bid rejected for Balde by Lazio. Felipe Caideo is in Rome today for talks with Lazio. Absolute shite signing that one.
  12. Owner is a dodgy character. Tried buying both Bishop Stortford and Dagenham & Redbridge. Will only pay the deal up in installments though. 3rd Step of English lower league, and their current wage bill sits at £30k a week. Be bust be Christmas. ETA https://twitter.com/search?q=glenn+tamplin+billericay&ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^search The owner/managers twitter account, real odd bloke.
  13. For a time used to stand in front of him at the Boleyn, often seen taking his leg off shaking it about. Done bloody well for himself though. Started out the back of a pub near the ground. As far as I am aware, he is the only 'street seller' who managed to move across to Stratford.
  14. Unless West Ham are at home, in which case he will have his stall outside the ground. Sound bloke Marc.
  15. Bloody awful place, always cold. Always kept in waiting for buses after the match.
  16. Played for Ross County at youth level I believe.
  17. Lazio currently playing a friendly now, Balde left out the squad, and he has tweeted that he was ready to play.
  18. Think Everton had a bid rejected for him earlier in the window as well.
  19. West Ham apparently agreed a fee with Lazio for Balde for just under £30 million but would be really surprised if he ended up there. Leiva has come into Lazio, and reportedly on around £100k a week. With Biglia already going, and it looks like Balde will move this summer, I am wondering if the likes of Savic/Immobile/De Vrij might look to leave.
  20. I had always had the idea of going into teaching, then got lumbered with my Mrs who is a teacher and I can honestly say it has put me off for life. Holidays are great, but for the likes of the summer holiday, would say a good week and a half at least is used up planning for the new term. Also only one of her mates is a teacher, so a lot of the time in the holidays she is at home on her tod (or so she says). Obviously you won't have that issue. Not allowed any extra days off, which is fair enough really, but makes it bit of a pain to arrange long weekends etc. Most nights she will come home around half 5ish and then work till about 8. A lot of marking and planning. The other thing that really gets to her is the lack of funding schools have, it is bloody criminal. They had five members of staff start an attachment course, but had to withdraw them as they couldn't budget it. Would stress this is down south and not in Scotland. A couple of her teaching friends are moving over to Dubai and Saudi Arabia to teach next year, so that is an option we are currently keeping an eye on.
  21. Biglia was signing some autographs for Milan fans yesterday and was asked to speak, so said "Forza Lazio" which has gone down incredibly well, given Lazio and Inter's friendship.
