Gateshead V Tranmere this weekend, a nice 650 mile round trip.

Still have my Dublin's from 03, sold one pair a couple years back for just short of £280 on eBay. Luckily know someone who works in Size? So will get a pair tomorrow, without having to worry about sitting on the net hitting F5 every second.

I actually went to the game when they were promoted to the SPL. Stood in the Jailend as County were fighting to stay up at the time, I think Scott Leitch was in charge? Was a really odd atmosphere, and from memory there wasn't many Gretna fans there. I remember there being quite a few Inverness fans though seemingly chuffed to see County relegated. Will always remember after the game, two old boys chatting away in the County end, saying they would wait to see Gretna lift the trophy, as they would never see County do it. The cup final against ourselves also lives long in my memory, because I was actually in Wales at the Millenium Stadium watching West Ham V Liverpool in the FA Cup Final. Both games went to penalties, West Ham had a nightmare, and I couldn't face seeing how the Hearts game went. Managed to go into the Sunday before finding out that we had won. Used to f**k me off something rotten seeing Jeff Stelling get a hard on talking about Kenny The Duke Deuchar scoring his billionth goal in the league.

My festive cheer is purely decided upon my working schedule. For example this year, Christmas can GTF. I am working up until the 24th, back in on the 27th through till the 2nd. Worst thing is, I can't even get to any football.

Pheasants are absolute mentalists. Towards the end of Summer, I was driving into work, came round a corner and there must have been at least 10-20 of the fuckers just stood in the road. A car was coming in the opposite direction, and I had a car behind me. They didn't even look like they were going to move, and I just sped through them, whatever I didn't kill the bloke behind did. Felt incredibly guilty about it for a good couple weeks as I drove that same stretch of road every day, and saw a baby Pheasant obviously on the lookout for it's parents.

Yeah, seen them a few times away from home, usually take upwards of a thousand.

First time I ever went to Rome to watch Lazio, couldn't believe how many places sold Tennents Super on draught. It is fucking everywhere. Very strange seeing these incredibly good looking girls, necking pint after pint of the stuff.

Chuffed this is back, listening to it now in work. Remember Noble from his brief time at West Ham. Yet more stories about Stack. Excellent. ETA What is it with footballers and their fascination with shit? Paul Merson, Razor Ruddock, John Salako, Kevin Watson are the next lot of guests.

Not entirely sure about that lot. Just got a text saying that twelve members in the Curva Sud have been banned for five years, with one being banned for eight. Two of the twelve have to go to a Police station to sign in anytime Lazio are playing.

Lazio have been charged for Sunday's offences.

Tooting & Mitcham sell Lorne sausage at their matches. Not sure why or how, but by god it was incredible.

Ultras currently preparing a statement which is going to be released tomorrow I believe. Due to them being on the Sud on Sunday there wasn't actually many of the Irriducibili there just your general fan. Roma and Lazio trade the Jewish 'insult' back and forth, due to their Roman heritage they see it as the biggest form of abuse. Most of the response I have seen from Lazio fans seems to be "Roma did it first". Lolitto the club president has come out and send he will send fans to Auschwitz to educate them. Interesting to see what happens to the club though. Got to be very careful or a ban from Europe is a distinct possibility.

Started watching ATypical on Netflix last night, based around a young lad with autism who wants to start dating. Very funny, but at the same time very interesting to see how his family deal with the situations he gets into. Thoroughly recommend it.
